Took the kids for father’s day. Again, great staff and good food. My kids all love their burgers. Endless fries is a huge win for kids of all ages.
This Red Robin is awesome. All the staff is totally customer focused. They went out of their way to fix a simple mistake with our take out order. Super quick to get served, too. Definitely recommend this Red Robin!

Went a couple weeks ago with my family which is a large group (8) and it was quite busy wait time was 30 mins no big deal. We ordered our appetizers got those and then waited 30+ to order our food. Waitress came and said sorry I literally forgot about you guys. I let it slide and decided to go back a few days ago with half my family (4). Got seated quickly waitress never came to ask if we needed anything after food was served which was not by her. I had to ask the hostess for more drinks and at one point asked another waitress for condiments. After finishing eating we wanted to order dessert couldn’t get any service so we decided we would just pay and leave. Sent my husband and childrem out the door and proceeded to wait a little longer. Went up to the hostess and told her I wanted to pay and she said I had to do that with my waitress. I said thats fine she just never comes to my table. Very Frustrating!

The service is BAD! Came into the restaurant and then 3 other couples cam e in after us. We got seated then the other couples got seated. And they all got their orders taken first. Not right. So we got up and left and so did the other group sitting ehind us since we were sitting there for 10 minutes with noone coming to get our order. Does noone care or pay attention anymore? Went to applebees and that was AMAZING SERVICE! Not going back to robin no more.

It’s the second visit in a row, where the service was absolutely terrible.
They forgot one of our appetizers so we had to remind them twice. He also had To ask multiple times for each of the following, sweetener for the tea, sauces, lids for sauces.
I could go on if I wanted to. But it will be better if I just wait a while before I decide to give them another chance.

Our first time at this location on Valentine’s Day. The waitress was nice, but over worked, short staffing at the 4-5 pm time. We got the appetizer before the water came, which we had had to ask a second time from someone else. Decaf coffee took way too long to brew and serve. My wife ordered a meal she liked (fish, greens & sweet potatoe fries), but she never got the salad that came with the meal (maybe a good thing). My meal was clam chowder and house salad. The chowder was bland, tasteless with no bits of potatoe and few oysters. It was like powdered soup and water. The salad was soggy, not crunchy as if someone poured salad dressing on it and let it sit a while before serving up a bowl that tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. We will try another day, next time it will be burgers.

The waitress was great and the server a well. The manager sat with another lady and we waited almost 5 minutes to be seated, then she stood at the booth behind us and was talking to them for at least 20 minutes. She didn’t walk around to see how the other customers were doing.
The three of us had the Fish & Chips. The fries were limp and luke warm with to much seasoning that made my daughters and my stomachs turn sour.
My wife’s fish made her stomach upset and her broccoli was fry and had no flavor.

Absolutely terrible service. The waitress came to our table to greet us and let us know she just got on shift and was already stressed out and having a bad day. It took 20 minutes to bring my 1yo a cup of water. 20 minutes after that we finally got our drinks, served me the wrong beer but I’m not picky so I took it. Got my order wrong for the food also, but I didn’t have another hour to wait for the correct dish, so I told the other server not to worry about it. There were only 6 full tables in the entire restaurant, none of which were large parties so I don’t understand why it was such slow terrible service. The food was good tho.

The food was good much better than the medford location. The burger was very tasty and the onion rings were on point for sure. The service lacked a bit as far as our waitress having a friendly attitude and she seemed very “in a rush” even tho the restaurant was only open for maybe an hour at that point with not many folks seated. The atmosphere was nice and they had a nice bar section also. I would recommend a visit if in the area.
