I mostly give this low stars because if you go there early in the morning when they’re supposedly open nobody’s at the window and it’s caused me to be late a couple times waiting thinking somebody will come after I put my order in with the robot. The other problem I have is people randomly coming in and trying to steal from the Coke machine. There has made it so you can’t get refills there anymore. That’s really sad because you know how unsafe it is if people are going to start doing stuff like that it’s already affecting other people. I’m not trying to be a pain. I’m just trying to give a good review here so you know what to expect.

Never going back to this location! Got charged for 3 meals,only 2 of us. Had to go inside to dispute it. The manger said “I’m just going to refund your money,I can’t deal with this right now.” She didn’t even offer to give me any food.

Every single time my husband & I come here it always takes about 20+ minutes to get our food (I’ve only ever ordered through their drive-thru). The workers are never happy, not even a little bit. Every single time I have ordered a dessert (which I almost always order the Fudge Dipped Brownie On-A-Stick), they never put it in the to-go-bag. I got so fed up with it that the last time we were at this location, I had my husband check the bag as soon as they handed it to us and low & behold they didn’t give it to us. Before we got our food, they had us pull to the third window while we waited for our food. Which took forever. So, I was so irritated with them that I didn’t even pull around to go inside. As soon as the worker opened the window to talk to the customer in the car behind us, I told the lady that we ordered them and that they never gave it to us and they never do. I watched this lady from all the way back into the fridge / freezer and finally give it to me. Typically though the food is really good. somebody needs to either replace some employees for they need to hire all new stuff, including management. The people that are already inside there clearly don’t care. Somebody needs to come in and tidy the place up.
