Overall I liked the place and have never heard of Jack’s before. We were traveling and passing through. They were not busy and were prompt with the food. The manager even thanked us for stopping in as we were on our way out. Overall the food was really good. The double cheeseburger was tasty and fresh, but wasn’t anything special that you can’t find at any other fast food restaurant; in fact, it tasted just like that at a different known chain, but fresh. Their fries were fantastic and loaded with cheese. We would definitely stop in for a bite again if traveling through an area with a Jack’s available.

This visit was the best visit we’ve had at this establishment. The manager LORI met us at the door and greeted us. She was assisting on cleaning the lobby. But to say the least the store was immaculately clean. As compared to out very first visit with paper all over the floor and bandaids as well again though that incident was our first visit. Our order was the nugget big box of 50 nuggets and 5 sides which were mashed potatoes. The food was fresh and hot. All of the employees we energetic and polite and everyone spoke to us. GREAT JOB LORI AND YOUR TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE. VERY IMPRESSED.

I didn’t get all of what I ordered at the drive through. Very disappointed when I got home and didn’t have the mashed potatoes I had ordered for the toddlers. People are friendly but they need to double check to make sure orders are correct. Plus the Mac and cheese was two half full single serving and not a large. They didn’t even have ice for a drink ♀️

When they first opened, it was fast and friendly service. Im not sure what happened but waiting 25 minutes for your food is ridiculous. Not sure if I will be back. Hopefully the one in Milton florida will be better

Food is great. Staff too busy gossiping or complaining who didn’t show. Last time there, we had to repeat order 3 times before she had it typed in. The place would be a great productive restaurant if they did a complete overhaul and get reliable hard working staff. There’s a breakdown somewhere.

This is the sorriest fast food restaurant in the state of Alabama. I have to wait up to 10 minutes to place an order inside. Going through drive tru. You always have to pull over in parking lot and wait for them to bring out your food I’m done with this so called restaurant!!!!!!
