I went to Schlotzsky’s today, and let me tell you. FORGET ABOUT IT! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. The place was spotless, they had the news on, and the whole team had great energy. Mary Jane was super patient taking my order, and Angel, Jesse, and Erick went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to get up for a single thing, not even a refill or napkins. Talk about service, forget about it!
Now let’s talk about the food, I ordered the turkey sandwich with extra turkey, forget about it and I’m telling you right now, forget about it this was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. That fresh, warm, soft bread they bake right there in house? Forget about it! The flavor, the texture, the freshness, every bite was perfect. You can’t get this kind of quality just anywhere.

The team that works here is always so nice. Food is always ready fast and tastes great. There never messed up my picky sandwich order either lol. We get the sandwiches, pizzas, Mac n cheese and the Cinnabons.

Quick stop have not been to this restaurant is a few years.
Very clean and organized. Good made fast and looks delicious
Only complaint is someone was smoking in the front of the building where you enter. Had a headset on, worked there.
Went back in the building and sat at a table when I entered.
Not sure if there are designated areas for smoking…should not be next to the entry.
Server behind the counter was so nice and very polite.
Food looks delicious thank you.
Maybe have a place for smoking…I am not a smoker and have several health issues. Just an observation.

Service was prompt and friendly. Food was hot and our orders were just right. We waited in the clean and comfortable dining room for our to go order to be ready. Use the bathroom while I was there and it was clean and well supplied.

First time at this location. I got the pick 2, a deluxe original and a avocado Cobb salad. The sandwich was good, but I opened my salad and it stunk like bad food. I looked at it and there was bad chicken. The one on top wasn’t even meat. It was hard and just stinks. I didn’t even attempt to eat it. I went through the drive thru, so in the trash it goes.
