They did not honor the monopoly stickers.
We got shorted out.
The manager was professional but mcodnalds itself lied to us and cheated us out.

I didn’t buy much. Only a $5 meal and an extra cheeseburger. First they forget my mcchicken so I get back in the drive though and get it. And when I get home I notice they didn’t put any cheese on my cheeseburger.

They have new staff not very happy with the training that they’re getting.. how hard is it for the manager at up front window to go to the back and pay for a soda that was missed out of the order? Anna instructed me to go all the way around with my car again and wait for 6-7 cars.. for one soda. No mindful kindness at the McDonald’s in Oakhurst anymore. Everybody rushing getting orders wrong just not being nice..

Menu prices are not accurate. I drove to this mcdonalds because billboards driving up to it show $7 for a homestyle breakfast with pancakes. When I arrived, the menu showed $6.89 for that same meal and inside showed $7. When I actually ordered, I was told it was 7.29 plus tax. Not a huge difference but they should definitely honor the price on their menu or the price they’re advertising or change their menu and the billboards on clovis ave.

Dined in on a Friday night with my kid. There were about five other people dining. All the employees were in their 20s. Food prepped and served quickly. Clean dining area and restroom.

Best service I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. (: both front counter and the drive thru were on point! Even put napkins in my bag both times, which now a days restaurants tend not to do. Also the workers were polite and not a spec of attitude at all which I greatly appreciated from them. (: love you guys and may the Lord our God bless you staff. A+

I come to this McDonald’s almost everyday, I always do curbside pickup. Their employees are always that come out to drop off your food are the nicest!!! Very respectful and always polite. Shout out to Anaya for always being so sweet. The 3 stars for the atmosphere has nothing to do with the employees. The parking lot here at times is awful. The parking area is so small. I personally have seen two accidents from people pulling out from a parking space and another from people driving through there like its freeway 41! There have been more homeless hanging out up front than usual lately. You can smell and see them smoking Marijuana. They don’t bother anyone or ask anyone for money.
Overall, the employees at this McDonald’s are top notch!! Never a bad attitude or rudeness. Hard to come by nowadays.

The staff was rude did not even say thankyou or have a good day etc. I work at a restaurant myself and that is embarrassing and unacceptable to say the least. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I received and it was not the first time but this time was just unacceptable. It was the two girls but mainly the one at the second window giving out the food she had black hair. Very unprofessional.

For a Monday, its quite surprising that they are out of the blended coffees, but have shakes. It seems like every week they are out. They are really rude when you want to request extra sauce packets, asain girl in the window gave me a lot of attitude for asking for 2 extra sauce. Other than that, the people making the food are great, always taste good.

The staff at this McDonald’s were friendly and had great customer service. The General Manager-Amy was walking around and asking customers how they were doing. This was great a awesome experience, as I have not seen this at McDOnald before. Thank you Amy and staff for an awesome experience and delicious food. Your service and place is highly recommended .
