This is a cute spot that has non stop families coming in and out. The staff are great and always friendly, everyone is smiling and helpful and many of the patrons know the staff as they come in. The food is delicious, I got the Meter Reader and it was great, I should have gotten a side of the green chili though with it as it looked amazing. We will certainly be back to try a few other things. The prices were great also for your portions, well worth it! Daniela G was very sweet and hooked us up with all the Cholula’s, a must have addition for some great breakfast. Hah!

Came here for our 5 year anniversary, had the chicken fried eggs Benedict. I don’t easily get full and I can’t even finish it. The eggs in a blanket for the my lady, and she’s in love with the syrup. Was told by server they’ve been open for 70 years. Ive lived here my whole life and never thought of coming by, but they’ve outdone themselves and have earned a new customer. This is by far some of the best breakfast I’ve had, and I used to believe that when Big Train was around it was the best. I have now found, The Best. Congrats to the kitchen staff, youve outdone yourself. Be proud of the work you’ve done, Im astounded. Keep up the good work staff, youve made me and my wife’s anniversary unforgettable.

Extremely overrated. I ordered delivery and got the avocado toast with hash browns and a side of green chili. The avocado toast was bland and soggy, and the hash browns and eggs were also completely lacking in flavor. Even adding salt and pepper couldn’t save the dish. The hash browns were also soggy, making the plate pretty much inedible in my opinion. The green chili was just okay mild, not spicy, with minimal flavor. Overall, it really seems like this place could benefit from using more seasoning and spices.

Do not get the breakfast burrito. Its an extremely disappointing container for frozen shredded potatoes. I’m not joking, look at the picture. This thing was 95% unseasoned shredded potatoes. I found maybe 4 total slices of sausage and a pathetic amount of egg in the entire thing. I decided to cut it open and see what all was in it after a few bites. It’s basically all potato. And they charge $13 for this.
You can get a much better burrito at any random Taco Bell. That’s sad.

We walked in and there were a lot of people waiting at the entrance. For a moment we thought about just leaving, but I’m so glad we didn’t. Kelly was so good. She was very attentive and friendly. It looked like all the staff were the same way. A really nice first experience. 10/10 will definitely come here again.

Wades is the place to go for breakfast! The restraunt is clean, and the tables are full of hungry people and they keep coming. I was impressed by the attentiveness of our server. Miss Mariah is you gal. She’s funny and offers great recommendations for your first time. Our portions were HUGE and packed with flavor. They do not disappoint here at Wades. From the good food to the clean restrooms. All in all great experience. Will definitely come back for seconds.

Back to visit in town, and Wade’s our best option in that part of the Springs. The “Rollup Pancakes” aka Swedish pancakes ( using that name confused the waitress briefly) were better than I recalled: thick and a bit sweet and very good – and I am picky. The Lingonberry butter was good but next time I’d get the actual berries for more flavor. 2 pancakes are huge and plenty. Bacon side ‘regular’ also good. Server was rushed though cafe wasn’t busy when we were seated, but she was pleasant enough; could have offered more info on the menu items, for one. My husband liked his 2-egg omelette and we thought the prices very reasonable, comparatively. Also liked the refreshed decor and paint.

Breakfast Review: Wade’s Café – A Hearty Start with Room for Refinement
Wade’s Café knows how to pack in a morning crowd, and on my recent visit, the place was buzzing with energy—families, regulars, and newcomers all filtering through a dining hall that’s clearly well cared for. Despite the rush, I was seated quickly and treated to warm, friendly, and attentive service from start to finish.
I tried one of their new menu items, the Lumberjack Omelet with added Hatch green chili, served with three buttermilk pancakes. The omelet had great flavor. The savory trio of ham, bacon, and sausage was chopped into solid, satisfying bites, and the Hatch green chili added a nice Southwestern kick. That said, the eggs were a touch overdone, slightly rubbery, and the omelet itself felt a little light on the egg portion compared to the generous helping of meats.
The buttermilk pancakes were just okay—nicely cooked but unremarkable, the kind you eat more out of habit than craving.
Wade’s delivers a solid breakfast experience with fast service and a welcoming atmosphere. While the Lumberjack Omelet shows promise, a little more finesse in execution could elevate it from good to great. Still, it’s a place I’d gladly return to, especially for the service and the family-friendly charm.

Came for a quick breakfast and we were sat immediately, Monday morning was not super busy. The waitress seemed impatient for us to order but wasn’t unpleasant. The rolled pancakes were delicious with blackberry and whipped cream the berries were almost too hot to eat but was very appealing. There was a hair in the pancakes but I ignored it, no reason to fuss because the table was clean and nothing else seemed dirty. The cheese omelet was ok, it had an off taste like sausage links but the hash browns were good. We went up front thinking that was the correct way to pay for our meal and the waitress seemed irritated by our mistake, maybe she thought that we were going to leave without paying.
