The Jarret au Porc (Hock of ham) is super super delicious. The staffs are very friendly. The restaurant is super beautiful and it brings very warm and local atmosphere. However the space is quite small so it does not feel comfortable to sit in a narrow place. But for the food, the service is excellent even in Christmas time. Highly recommended!

Very good taste overall. I would have expected a slightly larger portion for the price. The beef fillet with pepper sauce and goat cheese were amazing, while the pork knuckle was just okay. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

We chose this restaurant for our New Year’s dinner and it was very good. The five-course menu was delicious. The wine list offers a great selection, including local wines. A perfect place to experience authentic Alsatian cuisine. Highly recommended.

A little cozy restaurant with a feeling of eating at home. Tried Alsace local food – escargot (need more flavor per my taste), Alsatian meat stew(delicious) and amazing Strasbourg salad with the company of local wines.

A beautiful little restaurant full of atmosphere and a safe space away from the throng of the crowd.

We had the onion soup and the veal kidneys with mustard and spaetzel, all of it delicious and tasty.

Friendly staff helped us choose our dishes and importantly our wine accompaniment.

This is an authentically Alsatian Winstub; no doubt helped by the fact that it is on a side-street, a bit off the beaten tourist track.

I tried my usual traditional Alsatian dishes; they were as good as they can be made.

The decor is warm and cozy. The service friendly and efficient. Prices perfectly reasonable. And the food excellent.

My wife and I just ate here and it was absolutely amazing. You could not ask for a better combination of delicious food, great service and wonderful ambiance. I had the escargot and steak with fries and a salad. My wife had onion soup and ham knuckle. For dessert I had crème brûlée and an Alsace coffee. The entire meal was wonderful and the wait staff made sure we were happy with everything. Absolutely recommend when dining out in Strasbourg.

The food is great. Service is not so friendly but good enough, decent. Atmosphere is like typical French restaurant with noise and laughter. I recommend spatzel? the pasta thing as side dish.

I was very excited to try the most famous dish of Alsace which is the choucroute but it came to an extreme disappointed.
This restaurant it was recommended to me as the best restaurant to try the choucroute but both me and my husband absolutely hated, this dish is basically boiled different types of sausages and full of fat pork belly, totally flavourless potatoes and extremely acidic cabbage, I’ve paid £24,50 each to get the sensation of not eating well.
Unless you like flavourless, extremely fat and acidic food don’t choose this option.
Our son ate escalope de veau and it was really good but also very expensive, it costs £26.50.
In the other hand the restaurant atmosphere was really good and the staff very friendly.
My biggest regret it was I haven’t decided to eat the same dish as my son as I’m sure my review would be very different.
