We visited Red Robin with a party of 17 for our basketball out-of-state tournament, and the experience was 10/10 amazing!
From the moment we arrived, the hostesses were professional, respectful, and upfront about the wait time (around an hour). We truly appreciated the clear communication and didn’t mind waiting at all.
But the real star of the show was our waiter, Zack! He was extremely attentive, organized, and handled our large group like a pro. He interacted so well with the kids, took all of our orders in a timely manner, and kept the refills coming without us even having to ask. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, which is no small task with a group our size!
The kids absolutely loved him and still can’t stop talking about how great he was. Zack made our team dinner extra special. Thank you for such a great experience, Golden Gators Az will definitely be back!

My wife and I frequent Red Robin for years. Always seemed to get great food and service. However, we went to Red Robin on February 6th around 4pm. Service was slow. Not extremely busy at this time. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress. We were hungry and ordered quickly. First off, the price of the food on the menu are higher than expected. We settled for the “pick two entrees” for $23. The waitress assured me we would get two plates with one entree with fries and Cole on each plate. We asked the waitress for fries while waiting for food and took 10 minutes to get them and were cold. Then the entree came about 10 minutes after the fries. 30 minutes elapsed. Only one plate two entrees fries and a dab of coleslaw. The chicken breast was thin and smaller than a junior hamburger patty. Only got 7 breaded shrimp! We were appalled to say the least. We spoke with the manager and said this was unacceptable. We asked to leave without paying for entree. Never touched it. He said we can leave and comped are drinks. NEVER eating here again. Obviously Red Robin only is interested in $$$$$$$. Shameful.

After a tough day at school, my friends and I went to blow some steam off at Red Robin. The food was excellent and the place was busy. The atmosphere was okay but there was a ton of noise and not enough Tv’s were playing the game… But Its okay it’s a restaurant not a sports bar! They have ton of vegan options, which is a plus!

This was my first time eating at a Red Robin. My wife and I placed our orders. At that time, the server asked if we would like to join Red Robin Rewards, stating that we could get a free appetizer upon doing so. We agreed. We reopened the menu, looking under the appetizer section. We wanted a 10″ pizza but were told that the machine was “down”. Therefore we chose shrimp and chips. The food came and was edible. After eating, we sat around for 15 minutes waiting to pay the bill. We had to flag someone down to get the bill, only fo find out that the tablet on the table is how we were supposed to pay the bill. Paid the bill, printed out the receipt, and noticed that the bill was too high. The “free” appetizer was not, indeed, free! I asked a different waitress to assist with the situation. She went and talked to her manager. He informed her that the shrimp and chips was not an appetizer. She came back and told me what he said. I showed her the menu and it clearly stated “appetizers” under which the shrimp and chips is clearly listed. She went back to the manager. The manager then spoke to the assistant manager, who was not able to assist. I was told my entree selection did not qualify for a free appetizer as I had ordered the $9.99 hamburger special and in order to get the free appetizer they would have to increase the price of my entree. However, the waiter knew what I had ordered when he offered me the free appetizer. At this point, I paid the entire bill and left. This is clearly a case of false advertisement.

This one star goes to corporate, your quality in food went to shit since the last time I’ve been here. You put these little tablets on the table showing us adds of your “fresh” food.
My burger was all in all one texture, mushy soft….. respectfully I dont have dentures. 100% frozen patty…. just nasty, I looked around and seen half eaten burgers. Not because they were full but im sure because it was mushyyyyy!
The service great, very attentive and nice. They just work here i have no complaints twords the employees. But you money hungry corporate peeps change something.
Only thing good is my shake

This place use to be nice… haven’t been here for some time and it was disgustingly dirty this time. Check out the kiosk on the table they want me to touch. They need to shut down this business and do one hell of a deep cleaning, it felt so dirty.

We went today, a Sunday, around 3pm, a time when they should be anticipating having diners. We waited for about 15 minutes, which is no big deal considering we were quoted 10 when we arrived. But that’s where normal expectations stopped being met. After my 11 year old daughter (who was supposed to be getting her birthday dinner) and I sat down, we looked at the menu, chose our food and then played on her kids menu coloring sheet for half an hour without a single waiter/waitress even introducing themselves to us. We never even had a drink order taken, NOTHING! I requested to speak to the manager and told her we were leaving and why. She asked if there was anything she could do to fix it, but the damage was already done. How do you fix that?! We left and will never be returning and I will never recommend this place to anyone ever after this experience. Avoid it like the plague. Drive a bit further to go to another one, or just pick another restaurant. Horrible, horrible service!! I’d give them a 0 if I could!

Had a bizarre experience, came in with a group of 5, got sat and the server came out and took our drink order, I ordered a beer and I guess they ran out so it’s whatever but before I could even choose something else she ran off and my friend had a question too, someone else that ran some fries out helped them out. The server eventually came out and took our food order and is oddly short with me and then I try and order a beer and she’s refused saying she didn’t feel comfortable serving alcohol to me, we all thought she was joking cause I was dead sober, she wouldn’t explain or elaborate and we were respectfully asking what the issue was cause I was just sitting there having conversation normally and quietly. Eventually the manager comes out and she seemed like she doesn’t know what happened just the server didn’t wanna serve me and all of us and wondering what could indicate I was intoxicated, plus they serve 22oz beers and I’ve personally had multiple of those and I’m sure other people get pretty buzzed, I feel like the manager just couldn’t reverse the decision understandable but the whole thing felt so off, I wasn’t acting out, being loud or anything that would set off red flags that I was a liability, multiple people said I was sober. I have a slight speech impediment but anyone could clearly tell that so idk maybe she heard me complain a little about running off or what but we all just got up and left and my friends are just gonna call corporate. Forgot the servers name but seemed like no one else in the restaurant liked her.

This has been one of the most consistently good Red robins I’ve ever been to. Everyone is nice, the food is excellent, they’re fast, and so much more. If you like Red Robin, you’ll love this restaurant. If you’ve never had Red Robin before, try this one, you just won’t be disappointed. The only complaint is the parking. Chick-fil-A dominates that parking lot unfortunately. Your best bet is to try Sunday, or maybe park at Target and take the long walk up to it. Sometimes getting into the parking lot is less of a challenge than getting out of the parking lot.

Table of 20 people. People came and went, other large table came in and ate and left. Kitchen performance was horrible. No water, no drinks, no napkins. The children got served last. Everyone was ready to go and could not due to the youngest not getting his cheese burger. Instead of stopping the cooks to get the child’s cheese burger done they waited another 45 minutes to bring out the burger. After bringing the issues to two different managers, there was no resolve. Instead of the manager helping they hid in the back. An 1.5 hour meal ended up being 3.5 hours to get food. My food was cold when I got mine. For a grilled salmon with broccoli and it tasted and felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. The time it took to pay our bills took a minimum of 30 additional minutes. Not acceptable. Red Robin, multiple families on this visit have made the decision that this was their last visit to your restaurant. Do better!
