We ordered the wings, wedge salad, and Blue cheese and pecan chopped salad. Miranda was our server and she was FANTASTIC. If I could sit in her section every time I went to Outback I definitely would. She is a jewel and an asset to the company.

I’ve been eating at this location for years. Unfortunately, this is the last chance I’m giving them. This location has been consistently terrible for a couple years now. No care given whatsoever by the kitchen. Everything is always sloppy and massively overcooked. Tonight I ordered two side salads, soup, and a grilled shrimp on the barbie… $43 with tip. My GSOTB were literally black from being over cooked. 6 shrimp and half piece of bread for $14.. Historically, I’ve been ok paying the price because it’s delicious.. not anymore. I hope this location gets the proprietor they need to regain their glory.

There are at least 3 Outbacks in the Huntsville-Madison area, we drive about 15 miles to get to this Outback, it is the best of the 3. Most recently we came on a busy Saturday night. I try to give plenty of grace when a place is busy, but it took 45 mins for my wife’s salad to come out. We were ready to cut our meal short and leave, but after talking to the manager and her (Kristin) apologizing and asking for a second chance, we stayed. She ensured we got our order quickly and after the long wait the food was great. Very nice recovery, Kudos to Kristin for taking the extra steps for customer service. We will be back

We went on a Monday at lunch and the restaurant was not very busy. Still they seemed to struggle to prepare our food. Our waitress was very friendly, but didn’t pay attention and we didn’t see her for awhile. We weren’t worried initially because we were visiting with family and not in a hurry. We got our appetizer in an acceptable time and then a great deal of time went by. At one point i looked at my watch and realized I’d been seated at the table for an hour and ten minutes. At that point a server that wasn’t our waitress came out to say they were out of potato soup and it would be another hour or the 2 people who ordered soup could change their order. So they agreed to another kind of soup. My husband didn’t eat his. Another 15 minutes went by and the waitress came by and realized two of us didn’t get salads. She had particularly asked me when I ordered if I wanted the dressing on the side or on the salad. I thanked her and said the side When the salad finally came, it had a lot of dressing poured on it plus on the side. It had the look of a salad that had been sitting out and in fact she stated that it has just been sitting there and no one brought it. I didn’t complain because I was glad to get some food. When our entrees were served they were mostly okay, but my fried coconut shrimp looked like they had been sitting around after cooking. The steak was adequate. Everyone else seemed happy with their seafood. My food was not terrible, but it wasn’t an entree that I thought was worth over 20 dollars. I’ve eaten coconut shrimp in several other Outbacks and it’s always been excellent. The waitress we didn’t see for the first hour hovered while we were actually eating. I think she realized she had dropped the ball. She had looked so shocked when she realized very little had been served and kept showing up after that, saying she had just asked the kitchen to put a rush on it. I thought that was odd, almost as if our order never went to the kitchen well over an hour before.

Ordered the Victoria’s Filet Mignon cooked well done. However, it was prepared incorrectly. There was so much pink, not even close to what I ordered! This was a pick up order and unfortunately I’d made it home before realizing it was not prepared correctly.

They did not have bread and we had to wait a long time to bring our meals with some mishaps. Dessert saved the night!

I love Outback. Their prime rib is delicious as well as their ribeye. I also love the Alice Springs Chicken. The service has always been great. I’ve always loved their Chocolate Thunder Down Under. It’s one of my favorite, if not my favorite desserts that ANY restaurant has, but it’s changed over the last year or so. It’s just not as good, the way you make it the amount of ice cream. It’s just a slab of brownie and some ice cream, with some sauce and chocolate slivers. There used to be layers, and more ice cream, with whipped cream. I keep ordering it every time I go back hoping that I’ll love it, but after having it again today I honestly don’t know that I’ll order it again. I’ll just have a Blizzard for dessert instead.

Over 17 mins for someone to take our order…37 mins after that before the appetizer came, which was barely edible… Then 30+ more mins passed before the actual entrees appeared!! The whole place was practically empty too. We were there back in February and it is definitely a huge difference all the way around because back then everything was great!! Quote honestly, it sucks now!

OMG the Ahi Tuna is the best. They cook the steaks exact to order. I dont know yall but when it comes to a steak house it is a toss up between Longhorn and Outback. I will say the last two blooming onions we got were way over fried.
