I love this place. I have been going here since the early 2000s. Their mambo sauce is incredible. Its just a shame I moved 2 hours away and can no longer get the mambo sauce. I tried store bought and its crap compared to their mambo. I gotta figure out the recipie so I can make it at home and not drive 2 hours just for a mambo cheesesteak

This place also goes by Sems/Simmies after the cool owner! Everyone in Columbia knows this is the spot for mambo wings, fries, and BULGOLGI CHEESESTEAK SUBS! Juicy good quality meat. Open very late, they are quick and super friendly. Husband has never once been disappointed in 20 yrs. Take-out only, no seating. Can get busy late night.

I am guessing ownership or cook has changed. This was so far a wonderful food joint, their food never ever disappointed. I LOVED their fries. I ordered thru ubereats today. Dumplings n fries. Well, on there, dumplings plate says 15 dumplings but they served a total of 10 instead of 15. I am guessing menu on uber is wrong.They tasted good tho, no complaints. The dipping sauce tho good was just soya sauce, could be homemade. But my biggest disappointment today were the fries. They were barely done. It was more like thawed fries, barely cooked. I immediately tossed them in the air fryer. Now eating them. They are cooked enough now but nothing like their super crispy fries. I order from here specifically for the fries! Though up until now, all of their food has been good. So the 4 rating. new cook or new owner. 🙁

Disappointed in this. First & the last time here, wings a fries were very greasy fries were over cooked, not crispy but over cooked. Just got off work was very hungry so I ate what I could. This place is a big NO NO for me.

Originality I was ordering food for a sick friend and her kids from a place that she recommended, It was a relatively small order (1 adult, 2 kids). The price they quoted was ridiculous, so I called Arirang Hill Carry Out, and their price was great, the portions were large, and the food was ready fast.
IF I had gotten food from the original place, the order would have been a total of 10 wings, 2 fries, and rice for almost $35. At Arirang, I got MORE THA. DOUBLE the amount wings, 2 fries, and rice for UNDER $30.
The staff is very respectful.

I have been coming to this local Columbia carry out for 45 years now. My favorites are the wings and a cheese steak sandwich. Make sure that you try them out. It is a nice husband and wife that owns the carry out.
