I was extremely disappointed with the deep dish pizza. The crust was very wet and soggy instead of firm or buttery like you would expect. The pizza itself had absolutely no flavor. On top of that, the sausages were undercooked, which was very concerning. This was honestly some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and I ended up throwing it in the trash. I would not recommend it.

I have ordered from them on multiple occasions and it was delicious however the latest pizza looks as if shrinkflation got to my pizza, its the same in thickness as Papa John’s large pizza. This is not a deep dish as I remember. Also the Door Dash is terrible.

Delicious pizza and the Malnati’s salad is excellent. We love the deep dish with buttercrust for the extra crisp crust. The thin crust is so unique and really good, too. The spinach pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Service is fast and friendly. The prices are a little bit more than other pizza in the area, but the quality makes it worth it.

Two pizzas for $67 that were pretty flavorless wasn’t an welcome outcome for Christmas Eve dinner. Lack of salt was a big contributor, but lack of heft in the slices made it an even worse value proposition. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here in the future.

Purchased a sausage deep dish this afternoon and I must say I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The pizza was WET as if someone dumped water on it, no sauce, toppings were nowhere near the crust line..NEVER will purchase from here again Chicago Lou Malnati’s ONLY!

PICK UP ONLY. You can call in your order or use the app. Great pizza that is amazing. Different flavors of chicken wings. Fresh and tasty salads. The Italian ice (Strawberry or Lemon) are so good. Curb side pickup spots available or just walk in and pick it up. Limited parking because of neighboring businesses.

This location must just be horrible. I didn’t read the reviews because lou malnatis is my favorite pizza. I ordered a chicago deep dish and there was sauce missing on a quarter of the pizza and there was literally standing water around the crust.
