Had a great time at Topgolf. Service was good, the food was solid, and there’s a nice variety on the menu. Overall just a really fun experience. Management stopped by to check in and make sure we were enjoying everything, which was a nice touch.

This past weekend we were in St. Louis for the Presidents’ Day volleyball tournament and stopped by Topgolf St. Louis Chesterfield location to see if there were any bays available for our daughters to play before heading back home.
When I initially called, I believe I reached a call center and was told that we should have booked in advance and that the person who handles reservations was not there. Even so, we decided to stop by in person to see if we might have better luck, and I’m so glad we did.
We had the pleasure of speaking with a manager named Joyce and another staff member I believe named Luther. They were both incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially with such a large crowd in town. Joyce took the time to walk me through the reservation process and explained exactly what I needed to select to ensure all three bays would be side-by-side for our group. She was patient, informative, and genuinely kind.
I later realized that I had actually verbally confirmed the wrong location. The one I thought we were booking was closer to our downtown hotel, so we didn’t end up playing there. However, I still wanted to acknowledge their professionalism and willingness to accommodate us on short notice during such a busy weekend.
Their efforts definitely did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service like that deserves recognition.

Didnt have any food, jest played golf, good service and nice atmosphere. Music seem to be on repeat with a few choice songs. My son and his friends enjoyed themselves

Food service and atmosphere were top notch at top golf! Our server Vaughn was fabulous for our work event. Only complaint is drinks were weak and expensive. I don’t mind dropping money for strong drinks- but this was juice.

For context, I have a strawberry allergy. On New Year’s Eve the dessert came with a strawberry garnish so I couldn’t eat any of it. Our waitress let the chef know and he made me a completely new dessert just for myself!

We received food/drink service ~45 minutes after arriving to our bay for a 120 minute reservation. Arrival time was a little after 7, we received water around 7:45 and our drink order ~ 10 minutes later. The food and drinks and atmosphere were amazing. The service was severely lacking.
