First time at this location for dine in. The restaurant was so clean, staff was friendly, and food was fresh and hot. We had been at this location once through drive thru. This time my kids and I took a ride and dined in and the staff was friendly, kind and received fast service. The inside was a nice set up felt like they take care of the inside very well. The place was nice and clean like I said as well as someone was cleaning tables, sweeping etc. We would definitely would visit again.

Food is always good and fresh. Never any issues with taste or quality. Only problems I’ve encountered is a few minor mistakes woth orders here and there, but easily rectified. Just check your bags to ensure you have everything you ordered. What they lack in accuracy they make up for in kindness of friendly, generous staff.

They did an amazing job with the remodeling of this White Castle! It’s amazing they have the ghost pepper cheese now. It’s really good and the crave case you can’t go wrong with that option! The service here is unmatched very good people here. It’s good energy and I would recommend this place to everyone!

The new transformation was nice.,not sure if it was really necessary but pleasing to the eyes. I was extremely annoyed they didn’t have clam strips on the menu anymore at this location. I was told they don’t think it’s coming back. Not happy

The good: The food as always was amazing. The staff were polite, and kind. The seats, tables, and the mens restroom were all clean. Their efficiency when busy was also impressive.
The bad: The milkshakes are sub par, and they need more flavors. Hope you all switch to custard shakes soon, with real fruits.

This is by far the best White Castle I’ve visited. The atmosphere was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. The minute I walked in, I noticed someone cleaning and sweeping. The outside was also very well kept. You would think an establishment with a lot of young kids would be a bit messy but that was not the case. My family felt extremely comfortable sitting in the dining area. Can’t wait to go back and I’m coming 55 minutes out, definitely worth the trip!

Food is horrible. Cold greasy burgers that gave me diarrhea 3-4 times in a row and I felt bad for my toilet. It stunk up my whole bathroom. I had to get Febreeze for my bathroom. Never coming back
