Hi Everyone. Wok to u is and has been a great service. I have ordered many times from them. Order has always been good and warm. Really good food. But this time and last order I asked for white rice like I always do. They bring me brown rice. The man that took my order said I didn’t ask for white I continued to tell him i did ask for white rice.. He said Donna let’s not get all upset about some rice. He starts telling me that they don’t put much in the brown rice going on to tell me whats in it. I explained that’s not what I ordered. They made me feel as if I should eat it anyways. He tied me at first he would put a big note in my file no white rice. I said man this is an expensive meal for not getting the right rice. Then he said he’s going to put a note and a couple dollar credit for me. After arguing for over 5 min on the phone. He offered to being me white rice. Then said when they got my last order wrong why didn’t I tell them then. I didnt complain cuz I didn’t have time. And let it slide the 1 them. He continued to tell me I should have called in then. I told him I was going to do a on line review. He said if u can do a review now when something wrong. Why couldn’t u give us a review when something was good. Man I didn’t expect it to go down like that. Makes me not want to ever order again.

I would like to say that I will never use GrubHub ever again. After using this service. It was amazing. The driver was super friendly. The food was really hot when it came in a person takes your order right over the phone. I highly recommend!!

In my 27 years of life this is the very first review I have ever left on Google. I have used wok to you for years and have always been very pleased. This night in particular I was left absolutely flabbergasted by the incredible and kind service that I received. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who took the time to help us pick out a Chinese restaurant in our usual range (since ours is under new ownership and not what it used to be and we have not found one that we enjoy thus far), and he was incredibly kind and patient on the phone(plus we LOVE the place he recommended!!!!!!!!) After, we had the absolute sweetest delivery driver deliver our food and had a pleasant short conversation with her! So so nice all around! Wok to you has SUCH nice staff always. I will always continue to use wok to you because I have never had a bad experience and this night was no exception! P.s. always tip your drivers!

Good customer service means everything to me, and the owner, Dave, knows something about that. I had an issue with a delivery with this service, and expressed my dissatisfaction. Within 24 hours, I received a call from Dave, explaining and attempting to resolve the issue. He was very kind and genuinely cared about my experience. This is a company under terrific leadership. The deliveries are always prompt, and the drivers are always pleasant. I will continue using them as long as they are around.
