Quick snack. Drive thru with small line of 3 cars but still restricting cars from coming into parking area. All spaces up front reserved for handicap or order pick up. All 7 spaces empty.
Parked across the lot. Entered at 11:23 AM with homeless person holding door for me to enter. This was my first impression. No one greeted or acknowledged me as a guest. Went straight to kiosks to place my order at 11:26 and meal delivered 10 minutes later. There were only 5 other patrons dining inside, all of which were waiting on orders. Food was delivered in silence without any communication. Just a drop and go. Wet floor signs occupied the dining room floor throughout my visit. Floors were clean, as well as the restaurant. This is the saving grace. Location looked as if it had a good closing crew because the place looked clean. Credit to closers. Non personal, lack of communication, speed of service during lunch hours with minimal customers in drive thru or dine in were the negative. Felt like being served by a vending machine. Parking lot was clean. Overcasted day giving little light causing the parking lot to feel dark and depressed. Lights on signage or exterior would have again made this experience better and more inviting. Seems like a good clean location, just would want a more personal touch or any personal touch. The only person that greeted me or extended and personal touch was the homeless man that held the door.

I had a quarter pounder w cheese. It was extra good! The bun was soft and fresh and the food was the perfect temp. Excellent customer service as well. We saw a homeless man that we knew, he was clearly high and all over the place so we sat down with him and ate dinner together. The employee who brought us our food was very kind. I fully expected to be judged harshly but we were all treated with respect and kindness. It was a positive experience and I would definetly reccommend!

UPDATE!! It happened again tonight!! 3/1/2025 at 6:30pm. I usually drive all the way down to the Broadway McDonalds because they are way more consistent and always have full, hot fries! Tonight I didn’t want to drive that far so went to this one again. Disappointing as usual!!
This has been my go to McDonalds for years. Unfortunately quality and quantity have gone down and I’ve given up on McDonald’s as a whole. My fries were barely half full. I bought three large fries, a 20 piece nuggets and a coke. My bill was $30!! An order of fries is $5. Full them up! I feel ripped off because my soda is never full either. The fries are usually fresh and hot at this location though, I’ll give them that! I just want the full amount of what I paid for. I got a medium fries when I paid for a large. If you were low on fries, I would have waited. Consistently is key

This McDonald’s cuts so many corners for extra profit! The orange juice is WAY watered down and under filled. Fries are always half empty. If you dine in they do not allow refills on their iced tea. I’m unsure if they don’t allow refills at all because that’s all I order, but it’s just horrible.
The only nice thing I can say is they often have flowers on the tables. I’d rather have the food I ordered though. Im genuinely shocked the manager/owner continue to get away with this.

A very welcoming Mcdonalds. The people that work there, are very nice, hard workers. Great customer service! Plus they always have make a great hot chocolate with whip cream and chocolate sauce drizzled, very tasty. Hot cocoa is my special treat to me.

This location has the best staff members. Always friendly and helpful. Every time you go up to the counter for help, there’s always someone who acknowledges you. They may say “be right with you” while they’re preparing an order, but at least they don’t ignore you even if they see you.

A solid McDonald’s establishment, orders are always accurate. Communication is good and they seem to get you in and out very well. Also a nice inconvenient early morning. Stop if you need a quick bite.

This McDonald’s is the very first I have seen with the ordering kiosk, that takes cash…. Actually this might actually be the first kiosk I’ve seen ever that accepts cash??? They always take card only. Then if u have cash u pay at the counter. Employees were friendly and I got my food hot, fresh, and fast!! Awesome!! Many McDonald’s here n this state are not very friendly!!
