This is why I do reviews and I love to keep people informed. So Im posting this because they did respond and after playing email tag having to prove what we had to eat and how much my date spent. And I even sent a photo of the food. After showing he spent almost 100 bucks I got a 15.00 gift …. they’ll have to keep it for someone who is desperate . Went for a early dinner last night. I don’t know if you guys are more focused on the seafood boil. But how do you run out of mashed potatoes and corn as a side dish at 5 o’clock in the afternoon . And the 2 inch biscuits you should be ashamed! The restaurant was so empty but they had people waiting…our waitress never came to check to see if we needed anything after she brought our food out. It’s not like they were busy ‍♀️. After spending a little over 100 dollars Red Lobster you can do better . Please don’t respond just keep your GC I’m okay just will never in this LIFETIME come back ✌️✌️

Server Emily was great! She brought us biscuits as soon as she greeted us. We got the seafood boil and they ran out of corn but she substituted it with potatoes before even bringing it out! Server helped us with our discounts and made sure they all applied. Super nice, great service. 10/10 experience!!

After a very difficult week, it was a breath of fresh air to have Sheenah as my server as she tended to every need timely and efficiently. On top of that, my food was delicious, came hot to the table, and seasoned very well.

This is the first time I’ve been to Red Lobster in years. We came for dinner on a Saturday night and it really didn’t seem that busy. We were seated right away. We started with some drinks. The “under the purple sea” cocktail was fun and we love the complimentary cheddar bay biscuits! The food was good, but we were disappointed to find out that they no longer include a salad with your entree – they charge a $3.50 upcharge to add on a salad. I will say the new shrimp sensation promotion they have going on is a really good deal, because they include a salad, a starter, a side, and an entree for only $20. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the greatest. It was slow and they brought out our entrees before we got our salads. The manager did come by to apologize and give us some $5 coupons, but they expire in about a month so we likely won’t be back to use them.

I work at an assisted living facility and each time I take a group to this Red Lobster for a special lunch outing, I have been impressed with the care and service from the staff from the manager, the hosts, and the servers. Our server, Alma, helped one of the people in our group access the meat on some crabs and patiently worked the shell to obtain it, spending a lot of her valuable time doing so. I noticed the General Manager, Hiram, helping at Alma’s tables to ensure that all her customers were being well attended to, whilst Alma was helping our group. Having been a server for many years, I can always tell a good manager when they are willing to pick up any slack wherever it may be needed in the course of service.
A few in our group use walkers and each time we’ve gone, the host helped hold doors open and take time with our group making our way to our table.
Restaurants have to work as a team for them to be successful in service. It usually has to start from the top to make that commitment run through each step of the restaurant experience and this branch of Red Lobster has done an excellent job at providing impressive customer service.

Thank you Maria and Angela at the bar for 5 star service tonight! The drinks were delicious. The lobster bisque and cheddar bay biscuits were hot and came out quickly. They recommended I use the Red Lobster app to earn points. I’ll be back.

Had a great time went in alone food came out fairly fast, server Kristina was attentive and friendly, drink refills and cheddar biscuits came fast hot and tasty. Quality of the sirloin and lobster tail was very good, lobster bisque was delicious but barely any hint of lobster inside. Sides of Chesapeake fries and loaded baked potato was excellent. Condiments like melted butter, ketchup and A1 sauce available. Quiet spacious atmosphere. Bartender made a nice Long Island ice tea. Management was quick to resolve any discrepancies or mistakes i.e steak not cooked to the way you wanted. Was not rushed enjoyed every bit of my meal. Would come back again.

Havent been to a red lobster in quite some time. Happy hour beer was decent, large draft at a good price. Figured I was at Red Lobster so better get some seafood. We’ll the shrimp was a non event. Basically bar good. Cocktail sauce was monotone at best. Service was a little rough around the edges but efficient and friendly. Ill be back to try another dish and hopefully a better dish. I guess expecting hand battered shrimp is out of the question for and American landmark restaraunt.
