Was not busy at arrival. 20min wait, chased down random waitress to get coffee/water. Service did not improve after. Had to ask waitress multiple times for the same thing. Food was good. I do like waitresses who don’t like tips.

I came in for free pancake day with my kids and was sat at a booth by the front. We were waiting for our food and I heard the manager verbally harassing one of their servers when it looked like they only had 2 servers on the floor. She was being very loud and aggressive towards the server in front of my kids. I understand that it was busy but there was no reason to make my kids have to hear that kind of talk. Food was okay and the service was good besides the environment. I will not be coming back.

Place is always packed and the wait staff are always scrambling, but the service is great and so are the pancakes. Standard IHOP, can’t go wrong. Last time we went, the waiters were short-staffed and the manager wasn’t really helping, though. He just wiped a table or two and then sat in a booth while they were busy doing…nothing? Waitress was great though, as usual.

Hash browns were burnt. Eggs were under cooked Bacon was hard and crunchy but the pancakes were okay… Place is cramped, waitress hit me in my lower back while she was moving a chair 3 times in a row, and she didn’t even say excuse me, or sorry !!! This place needs a good remodel renovation, and they need to fire the current staff including the manager, and hire all new staff… The manager came out into the dining area and only talked to one couple for about a half hour and went back to his office… How anyone could sit and enjoy a meal without feeling cramped and eat a meal that hasn’t been burnt or even cooked thoroughly in this restaurant, is beyond me !!! MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT !!!

All of the staff was incredible, including our waiter. But I want to give a special shout out to Aaliyah. She was not our waitress, but watching her interact with her customers was great. She is a terrific young woman full of kindness and grace that is very evident in how she conducts herself. Props to Aaliyah, IHOP has a terrific employee with her!

We live put of town and stopped in on out way home. There was only 2 people on staff. The cook and the server. Our server was phenomenal. Helped everyone in a timely manner while bussing tables, seating guests, delivering drinks and food ect. She was also kind and genuine with everyone there. She did such an amazing job. Being a resteraunst(Bistro) worker myself i find that she is one of the best servers I have seen. Im so glad we stopped by to eat. This was on monday around 5.20pm.
