We used Batter Up Bakery for our wedding cake on 8/2/25 and we had a great experience! We worked with Candice who was very helpful. We went for a tasting in February and were able to try different cakes, fillings and frostings. We eventually settled on a chocolate cake with oreo mousse and white buttercream frosting. We gave them inspiration pictures of the design we wanted and the bakery did exactly what we wanted. Batter Up was by far the most reasonably priced bakery we spoke with as we planned our wedding. They also give you a gift certificate to come back for a 1 year anniversary cake. Our cake was delicious and all of our guests really enjoyed it! Thank you for a delicious wedding cake!

This is hands down the best bakery I’ve been to on Long Island. Their vanilla cake is addicting and so are their rainbow cookies and everything else on the menu. Pics attached of the cake and cookies they made for my son’s 1st birthday. They were spot on with the pictures I showed them, prices were reasonable, and everything was delicious. We will be coming back!!

We had such an amazing experience with Batter Up Bakery for our daughter’s Quinceañera cake. From the initial consultation call, to the cake tasting, and the day of the event they went above and beyond. They provided us with excellent customer service making sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We ordered 2 cakes for the party; 1 for back up and let me just say… they were absolutely phenomenal!! From the presentation to the delicious taste! The tres leches cake was probably the best I’ve ever had. A lot of my guest definitely asked where we got the cake from. I would definitely recommend Batter Up Bakery for anyone with cake/ pastry needs!

This review goes to anyone that has not yet tried Batter Up Bakery, Don’t walk RUN to Batter Up Bakery!! We were celebrating my son’s 9th Birthday and ordered a specialized RoBlox cake look at the detail!! My son and my family ate it up!! We also ordered special St Joseph pastries with his special Chantilly cream!!! We also got black on black (black and white) cookies for me they are the absolute best cookie, no one can touch it!!! Like I said at the top of this post don’t walk RUN to this special hidden gem located in Levittown! They will make every effort to make sure that all of your sweetest dreams come true! Thanks Batter Up family! We will be back soon!!!!! ❤️

We used Batter Up for our wedding cake and they were great to work with. Very organized and responsive. We chose dulce de leche and nutella fillings which were delicious. We love how the cake came out and we also received a 1 year anniversary cake which was beautiful.

The cake I ordered was exactly identical to the picture which I was pleasantly surprised by, what I was most disappointed in was the 3 inch thick layer of frosting on my cake and much lack of strawberry filling I asked for. If you love frosting then this would be an amazing cake but unfortunately the frosting to cake ratio was terribly off. For pictures the cake is amazing, taste wise .. I wouldn’t get it again.

So disappointed. I was there in Oct and brought home to NC the most epic amazing crumb cake. The plain and the raspberry were just next level. When family who was coming to visit asked if we wanted any NY goodies, we passed on bagels and rolls this time instead only wanting that crumb cake. I even told my mom specifically it had to come from your bakery. Well what she got this time compared to last, is night and day. This is not crumb cake it is maybe coffee cake but the crumb cake last time the crumbs were an inch deep. As much crumb as cake. This right here is pitiful and for $3.50 a slice that is a hard no. Now taste wise it is good but it is not crumb cake, not like you had in October.

Purchased a birthday cake, requested NON DAIRY and NO CHOCOLATE due to allergies! We cut the cake and saw that the perimeter of the cake was chocolate logs. We called the bakery, talked to who we presume was the owner, and she acknowledged that the order said “no chocolate and non dairy” but that the baker put chocolate in anyway. She said she didn’t understand why they would do that and neither do we. We were offered no refund, no replacement, no discount, nothing. She just apologized and explained how it’s “just the edge” so “eat around it.” This was my birthday cake, I can’t have any chocolate, so had to be wary of cross contamination as well. We wouldn’t be writing this review if it weren’t for the fact that we were offered no recompense, and the owner doesn’t seem to care about their paying customer, or the danger of allergies.

I started coming to Batter up within the year. I have ordered several Birthday cakes and every single time the cakes were fresh and decorated beautifully. I was a long time customer at another Bakery that’s well known and always busy but the products were always stale after change of employees. I have to say today I was even more impressed with Batter Up after I stopped by last minute for a Birthday cake for my Mom. They didn’t have the flavor I wanted and The woman who helped me said give me 20 minutes and you will have what you want. She produced the most beautiful delicious cake in 20 minutes. I love how friendly everyone is, always greets with a smile and you always leave happy with your guests saying the Cake was amazing.

Fresh pastries, pies, cake and bread. So many varieties, cream, fresh fruit, chocolate and more. We asked for 2 black and white cookies and they iced them for us on the spot. So glad they are close by
