Chili’s was my all time favorite however, this time’s experience ruined all the memories. The food was not good and the staff didn’t bring the right order despite repeating multiple times. The bread was burnt, the crispy chicken sandwich had no flavor, the crisp part of chicken tasted burnt. The bun was not fresh and overall the sandwich was dry.
I asked for a side of cajun seasoning which I didn’t receive despite requesting 3 times.
The fries tasted reheated.
With the dine-in order, I placed an order for togo as well and they brought it in the plate when I requested it to be a togo order they made it separately.
It was not a good experience.

The triple dipper is the real deal! I got the big mouth bites, honey-chipotle chicken crispers, and the Nashville fried moz. It was so delicious! Very flavorful and filling. Also love the original trio which is a classic.

I love Chili’s! It’s been my favorite restaurant for some time now. My favorite meal to get is the 3 for me, but I also really like the triple dipper. They brought back the beef skillet queso which is really good because it’s amazing but I want them to bring back the white skillet queso which they haven’t yet. And the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks are one of the best things there! The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was amazing.

I had the MOST JOYFUL time dining in here because of my Server Ms. Vicky. She is the best server here and the Managers are very Friendly and Nice too.
I got the 3 for Me $12.99 Old timer burger and it included an appetizer which I chose to be the Chips and Salsa and it came out First and Fast, I had Fries with my Burger and they were seasoned great and everybody knows the Burger is always good here and then it also includes a drink which I chose to be Watermelon Sweet Tea-Lemonade and Miss Vicky made sure that my Drink was always refilled.

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to Stephanie! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Stephanie’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our visit enjoyable. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Probably the worst Chili’s I have ever experienced. Group of 8 and many empty tables. Employees sat tables of up to 6 before us and we waited 20 min. Empty tables everywhere. Waiter took our drink orders and didn’t even ask 2 of our people their order. Got our waiter changed after our drink orders were taken. No introduction from the new waiter nor an explanation why/who he was. New waiter couldn’t even handle two basic tasks at once. When the food came out (1 hour after we had sat down by the way) they only brought half the tables food. When the manager stopped by to see what the deal was then the food came shortly after. And cold. Also one person ordered salmon plain and it came with all the fixings on top. Had to send it back. Took another 10 minutes. No apologies for the incorrect food nor the inconvenience it cause our entire table. Manager seemed to ignore our table our entire experience besides the one time we flagged him over. Overall this was the worst experience ever at a Chili’s. They didn’t even offer to comp a plate or even a dessert for all the inconveniences that were caused. Then our paying machine did not work so the waiter wanted us to give him our card so he could cash out in the back BEFORE we even saw the bill! Never in a million years would i pay before seeing the bill! When he brought back an itemized receipt at our request it was all still incorrect with stuff being charged double like the salmon and chips! When we finally paid and gave the card to waiter he took FOREVER to give us the card back. Made me worried he was doing something malicious with it, but then i reassured myself as he cannot do two simple tasks at once like getting us a refill and napkins. It was either one or the other. Anyways, this location needs to get new employees that CARE and PAY ATTENTION to their training and are simply not just there for a check. Too many eye rolls and attitude trom all the employees there… manager included.

I came in on a Friday after work for a takeout order and decided to grab a drink at the bar while waiting. I was served by Kipp and he gave absolutely amazing service. Kipp was fast and made one of the best Hennessy margaritas I’ve had.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious, hot, and freshly prepared. The manager was keenly interested in her patrons and made us feel very welcomed. Cameron, our server, was attentive and patient with us.
We were just passing through and needed a later than normal dinner. This Chili’s treated us so well, we’ll stop here again for sure.

I came in at 3:20 and got seated immediately. Had NO waiter come to my table for 15 minutes. The table in front of me had an issue with their ticket as soon as I sat down and still got no help. So I got up and went back to the hostess and asked to be seated in an area where there is actually service. No reason I had to do that myself. No reason the hostess or whatever waiter it was supposed to be didn’t check in for 15 minutes.
So I get to a new side. Me and the waiter make eye contact for acknowledgement. He takes the order of the table in front and says he’ll be back. Cool. 6 minutes (!!!!) pass by and he still hasn’t come back. He finally comes back and takes my order. I place my order and ask for the manager.
Gunther comes to my table and asks “everything okay?” No Gunther, nothing is okay right now. I explain my situation and he listens and apologizes for everyone else’s mistakes and inconveniences. He offers to take care of my meal and continuously apologizes and says he’ll address the mistakes.
My food comes out in a timely manner and everything seems well…… Up until I need a refill. I wait 10 minutes (!!!!!!!) for a refill. The server never acknowledges another table once he’s done with one. He waits in the back for ALL drinks to be made before coming back out. So he finally does come back out and gives me my refill of drink and chips.
Gunther comes by to check and I explain again how disappointed I am in what transpired for the last 10 minutes. He again apologizes for their mistakes and owned up to lack of proper training with his employees.
I hate to say I won’t be coming back because I’ve been coming here for decades but Snellville location is so much better and better prepared. Gunther saved y’all from this being a corporate call/email. Y’all gotta tighten up before y’all start to look like Hooters next door and get shut down permanently.

Ingrid was such a wonderful and beautiful server!!! Despite the rush hour, Ingrid still was very attentive and caring! She was able to manage her stress and keep her composure. Her food recommendations were very helpful! It’s safe to say that I will definitely come back to this location !!
