I’ve eaten and had food catered from here before, the food was good. Today was an entirely different story. Check out the images it looks like someone already ate half the food, but nope this was packaged by them. $30 oxtails that look like this, is unacceptable. This was not delivery either, I got it from the store. Made the mistake to not look at my plate until I got home.

My food was cold & wrong . Paid for turkey wings and was told it would be a 30minute wait. After waiting OVER 30 minutes I was told they were completely out. The guy behind the counter was VERY unprofessional and had a rude attitude towards everyone in line. He never acknowledged any customers. Definitely will not be returning.

In town for the weekend. I know ATLs food scene is trash but I got to eat. Ordered TWO turkey wings, Mac and Yams. Got ONE wing, what tasted and looked like canned yams and a decent baked Mac. Pissed I only got 1 wing. Taste was a 2 at best, yams didnt taste homemade, a 2 and the MAC a 3. Cornbread wasn’t even edible. Why does this city have such bad food. Weird.

Don’t do it. I don’t know if the other reviews are family members of this place but do not do it. I ordered a three fillet and they fried two pieces of real skinny fillets and then broke them in half to make it look as if I had three fillets, the pictures that they show you this does not match the mac & cheese. Noodles were extremely mushy the greens. They did not cut them well and they were super crunchy so that means they were undercooked the size of the peach cobbler for the price that was paid was ridiculous And it didn’t even have nutmeg. It was too sweet. This food was horrible. I was so looking forward to enjoying my food and was disappointed at all cost so I would not recommend this to anybody and I would I would recommend them take the word soul fool out of it and I try to support my people but every time I try this is what happens so yeah I wouldn’t eat there

It smelled like home when I walked in. The servers are out going, respectful, and fun. The greens tasty just like I would cook them, yams were flavored well and not too sweet; just right. Rosemary chicken was flavorful and not dry. Highly recommend!

Food was okay !!! Definitely not worth the price ! I ate here yesterday traveled 2 hours to try it out & paid $94 for 2 plates . They give you alot of food but it’s not all that great . My boyfriend got the rib plate with 2 sides , his sides were mashed potatoes and black eyed peas . He said the black eyed peas was 1 out of 10 , didn’t really have a taste to them like they just boiled them in water . He said the mashed potatoes was regular mashed potatoes nothing special. The ribs he gave a 8 out of 10 they gave him like 4 big ribs , and he said they was tender . He said they was the only thing decent / good on his plate . I got the oxtails plates over rice , with 2 sides . The oxtails was okay I’ll give them a 6 out of 10 , only cause the gravy was good , the oxtails itself was very slimmy but the gravy was on point . My sides was Mac & cheese & yams . The Mac & cheese was okay it wasn’t nasty but it taste like pepper , it was okay tho , the yams was good just very very very extra sweet . The texture and softness was on point I would have gave the yams a 10 if they wasn’t so darn sweet like way too much sugar & vanilla attract it was it gave . If they calmed down on the sweetness it would of been a 10 but I’ll give it a 7 or 8 only because it was way too sweet , I also added dressing , & chitterlings . The dressing didn’t have a dressing taste like they didn’t use sage or poultry seasoning to give it the dressing taste it taste like regular corn bread covered in turkey gravy & it was very WET & soggy . Wasn’t terrible but definitely could of been better . & the chitterlings wasn’t even chitterlings they was definitely hog mogs instead & was very salty & rubbery . I paid $30 for a bowl and it looked amazing but the look didn’t match the taste . I hate when people sell hog mogs and lie and say they are chitterlings . They price is way too high for them not to be chitterlings as we was told . He also let me sample the collard greens & they was good but not like how grandma would cook them , they was sweet & tart . Not terrible just not what I expected from TikToks I have seen which is what made me travel and want to try . He also let me sample the peach cobbler & it was nasty . Very dry , crust had a strong weird taste definitely don’t understand why it’s called peach cobbler cafe cause the peach cobbler was very nasty and dry I didn’t like it 0 out 10 ! Both plates came with corn bread & the corn bread was very dry & looked like a pound cake I thought it came with cake until I realized it was corn bread but it wasn’t really sweet just the color of pound cake and very dry . Meals didn’t come with a drink . For the price I would expect a drink but I’m not trippin . Definitely wasn’t worth $94 . They give you a lot of food but it’s not very tasty like you would expect. Overall I’ll give this place a 6 or 7 out of 10 . $55 is what I feel is reasonable for everything we bought . But definitely not $94 . Wouldn’t eat here again but I’m not mad that i gave it a try ! Just not worth going back nothing special about this place . If your around it and hungry it’s a cool spot to try out but definitely not a place to keep coming back too. Costumer service was great though !!

The customer service was good, but the food was average. The $9.99 piece of Strawberry cake was a major disappointment. It tasted flat and greasy, lacking the fruity flavor I expected. The icing had a strong lemon taste.
The cornbread was incredibly dry. The worker had on one glove, he couldn’t open the plastic bag, so he licked his finger on the hand that didnt have the glove, then used his spit to get it open. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to offend anyone, nor did I want to get into it with anyone. I paid attention and he used the hand that had the glove on it to place the food in the bag. Once I got to my car, I took my food out of the bag.
