I came to Cotton patch today for a solo date.
As soon as I came in, I was greeted at the front door , and my waitress was very attentive!!
I even went to the bar to grab a couple drinks and everyone at the bar, which was three servers at the time was very attentive as well, and they made Me feel very welcomed.
The food is great as well. Service is top tier it didn’t take the food forever to come.
I’m sad to hear that. The store has such a low rating, considering that everyone working here is a sweetheart.

New to Cotton Patch Cafe. I work abnormal hours and am usually too tired to cook at home. I have eaten here almost everyday this past week and am highly impressed. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken is amazing with a crispy batter. Don’t get me started on the vegetables! They all taste like they were made in my grandmother’s kitchen. It’s a true southern meal! I ordered the catfish yesterday and was very impressed. I highly recommend Cotton Patch Cafe!

We had an awesome experience at Cotton Patch Cafe thanks to our server Jenna. She was super friendly from the moment we sat down and made us feel really welcome. She checked on us at the perfect times, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything came out right.
You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job — she had a great attitude and stayed positive even when it got busy. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had there.
If you go, ask for Jenna — she’ll take great care of you!

Had a great experience at Cotton Patch! The food was delicious, and Layton was such an awesome server. He noticed when our drinks were getting low and made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. Super friendly and made the whole meal really enjoyable! The peach Gobbler was delicious!! Definitely will be coming back

The food and service was pretty awesome, Andre the manager was amazing and made sure we were taken care of and our server Layton was a pretty chill guy and had some good energy.
They were moderately busy but still attentive and friendly.
It was especially noticeable because previous staff and managers of this location had some issues but the current staff got it on point. Andre is doing a fantastic job guiding his staff and making a great dining experience.

Ok, Cotton Patch in McKinney! The food was delicious. I had the triple cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly, and my husband really enjoyed the catfish. We planned to take it to go, but were encouraged to stay. Viviana provided excellent service, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The manager, Andre, even stopped by to check on us and was so welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

Went to Cotton Patch Cafe for a day out with my daughter and grandson. The brisket cheese dip was very good. The fried green tomatoes were great, the batter didn’t separate from the tomato, and it was seasoned well. The chicken basket with fries was hot and crispy. The house salad was crisp and just the right size. My grandson didn’t like the chicken fried steak but that had more to do with him being an extremely picky eater. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to others. Great place to eat.

I love cotton patch and have been going for years. I decided to place a Togo order as I’m recovering from surgery. I noticed he potato soup was back and was thrilled! However I paid 8.99 for maybe 2 ox of soup. Everything else was great but extremely disappointed in the potato soup. Got maybe 3 bites.
