So after we got our drinks, we requested another minute to decide what we wanted to eat. The waiter never came back and we had to flag down a different waitress. She wrote our order down on her hand and forgot an item I ordered. So once we received our order I had to wait for the missed item and everything else got cold.

Well, Dennys has changed with the times and stepped up their game. The menu is new. The food is pretty good for grill food – much better than it used to be. I ordered the bourbon chicken and my only complaint was that one of the chicken breasts wasn’t done cooking in the middle, rubbery and tough. The other breast was great, and I only needed one anyway.

Very bad service. If your waiter is Ashley.M, run away from her. Ask for some other server. She is very rude. Even after serving wrong foods, she didn’t apologize. I have a feeling that she is a racist. We complained to her manager, but Ashley was behaving the same way with her manager also. She doesn’t have any manners. Ashley the worst server ever.
