Where do I start… based on my experience with the oxtails they should remove them from the menu. Hard and gelatinous. The picture of oxtails with all the meat on isn’t for lack of trying. It wouldn’t come off. Also the gravy had a sour taste like they were going bad. They were also cold when they got to the table. Actually the most terrible oxtails I’ve ever had and there isn’t even a close second. Hard and old rice. I’m leaving this here but will revisit in the case I get sick. The one star is both for the reason I can’t leave zero and the drinks were ok. If the waitress wasn’t pretty and nice I would have yelled at her lol. Absolutely the worst meal I’ve had in 2025 and that’s saying a lot because I eat all over the place. A literal yikes for a review on this place. Avoid unless you want stomach pains and a terrible meal.

Very friendly wait staff, our server was a nice male who definitely attempted to ensure we were satisfied with our service and food. We were recommended a frozen virgin daiquiri and it was absolutely amazing!!!
The food was good but not really what I expected but then again everyone does things differently when it comes to soup so I was understanding. Also the ham and cheese empanada had great flavor but maybe all the filling cooked out because it was almost empty inside and filled with air. It was a nice experience overall.

We ordered the garlic shrimp and it tasted like it was left out for a long period of time and the rice was hard and stale. We were super disappointed. Not worth the money spent.

We were greeted shortly after entering. Our waitress was to our table immediately. We had appetizers drinks, entrée and dessert. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. We plan on being back when they have live music.

Me and my wife visited this place on a Saturday evening. The ambience was fantastic as there was live singing and the atmosphere was lively. Although the speakers were very loud, as we were seated near them. We were not able to have a conversation, with the loud music.

The empanadas were my favorite, melissa chicken was a bit dry..

Service was very slow, we had to wait for over half an hour to get our appetizers, and also the final bill. On paying i had asked for printed receipt, which the server completely forgot about. We had to wait almost 20 mins to get a servers attention and get our receipt.
This completely spoilt our mood.

Overall it was an average experience.

This was my first time at this particular restaurant and I love Cuban food. Of course I had to have the plantains and tostones and a real Cuban sandwich. Everything was fantastic and delicious and we were seated immediately on a Friday night. Looked like they were setting up for some live music too. I will have to go back one night later in the evening to enjoy the music. I will definitely go back again! The picture is of my leftovers that I brought home in a box since I forgot to take a picture of it at the restaurant.

On a whim, we stopped for dinner here. It was an experience. The live music was very loud, which was the only downside, otherwise loved the live music and dancing. The food was excellent, we tried the empanadas, which we could probably eat for an entree as they were fantastic. We had the Mahi Mahi and the roast pork and they were delicious. The beans and rice were a bit in the dry side. The tostados were okay. Not a fan of plantains, but my wife loved them. It would be fun to learn the Spanish language to better understand the entertainment.

This restaurant I’d done so well! It feels like you are in Cuba (I wouldn’t really know I’ve never been) but they did an incredible job on decour, the paintings, the pictures and overall vibe of the restaurant.

The food was good, I loved the Cubabna sandwich. The sandwich was like a Panini x Cuba. Unique flavor, meaty, not too cheesy and surprisingly crispy.

I couldn’t wait for the potato balls. They weren’t as good as the ones I had in Florida, but They were still really good. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, could have had a little more beef in the middle imo.

The mini club right next to the restaurant looks like a vibe! I cam by on Friday night to get food but peeked in and it looked like fun.

I can’t wait to come back

My wife and I stopped by this place because we were craving Cuban food. There aren’t many options in my area, and since I was in Charlotte for the day, we decided to give it a try. I should have listened to the reviews. We both ordered the Palomilla Steak with Congri—the Congri was actually really good, but the steak was overcooked and dry. We also ordered the boiled yuca, and I have to say it was the worst yuca I’ve ever had. It was dry and completely lacking flavor. Overall, this place is a definite pass. I’m Cuban, and this spot really needs a Cuban cook because the food was subpar and far from authentic. The service was decent enough, but nothing special.
