Exactly as I remembered. Used to live in MN and came to Roch for a late holiday with family. Obviously had to hit my two C’s, while I was there, those being Caribou and Culver’s.
The double cheese burger was juicy and delicious, and I liked the vanilla shake with raspberries (featuring real raspberries!) Culver’s is still comfort food after two years of being away, and I was not disappointed that I came here before leaving. I dare say this is better than In-n-Out and that opinion is dangerous in California…

Culver’s never disappoints. I love their Culver’s Deluxe. The burger is always fresh and tasty. Their fries come out hot and crispy every time. The pecan custard with chocolate ice cream is a favorite, and the cashew custard with chocolate ice cream is just as good. Gabe makes the experience even better. He is always kind, helpful, and makes us feel welcome every time we visit.

That cup came out dense enough to be classified as a building material. You could pave I-94 with that thing. Spoon stood straight up like Excalibur in vanilla cement. Respect.
Every bite? Cold velvet chaos. Crunch-ins doing backflips. Fudge ribboning through like it owns real estate. Brain freeze hit mid-sentence and I just nodded silently at the wall for a minute. Worth it.
This is not dessert. This is a commitment. You don’t eat a Concrete Mixer. You survive it.

On Saturday, it was my husband’s, my daughter’s, and my first time eating at Culver’s, and it ended up being such a great experience. Laniya took our order, and she is honestly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast food place. We were so unsure about what to get, and she took her time walking us through the menu, answering our questions, and even suggesting some of her personal favorites. She was extremely patient with us and somehow made the whole ordering process fun and easy, which you don’t come across very often.
What really stood out to me was her personality and her beautiful smile—it instantly made us feel welcomed. She turned our first time at Culver’s into something special and truly memorable. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. Thank you to the Culver’s team for such a wonderful experience, and thank you so much, Laniya, for your kindness, positive energy, and amazing heart.

I have HAD IT with this place. Without exaggerating, EVERY order we have ever made at this location has had something wrong, usually missing items. My wife and I joke about it whenever we plan on eating here, thinking it can’t possibly happen again, and somehow it always does (it would be hilarious if it wasn’t so aggravating). Even when we’re expecting it to happen and look through our bags to try and check everything, it still happens.
In no particular order, here are a few examples: I ordered a concrete mixer with 3 mix-ins, meaning I paid extra for the third one, and they missed the brownie bites. My wife and I both got pretzel bites with cheese for our sides, we only got 1 order. My melt was cut so that the entire patty was only in one half of the sandwich. Another time, the top piece of bread was cut in one direction, but the bottom piece was cut perpendicular; how does that even happen? Did they take it apart and put it back together? My wife ordered a chocolate concrete mixer, but ended up with a vanilla. Our kids both ordered cheese curds, we only had one in the bag. They’ve completely forgotten our ice cream all together and we had to go back around in the drive through. They brought out my kids’ orders, and I had to flag one of the food runners down to go back in and bring out their milks. And now today, my wife ordered an extra side of broccoli with her fish dinner, and they forgot it.
We’ve eaten here at least a dozen times, and they have messed up our order every time. I’m done with this place. Next time we feel like Culver’s, we will be driving the extra distance to the south side and see if they can give us what we paid for.

Enjoyed this Culver’s. Servers were nice when taking orders. Got ice cream and dinner there. Was a quick stop. Clean restaurant and nice seating around. Butter burger was delicious and the custard is so good here. Good experience and one of the better fast food places to eat. All enjoyed the food here.
