I recently went to this location, Elaine helped us and made it a horrible experience. 1st she did not change her gloves after helping 2 other customers. 2 she was hiding her name tag on her hat so no one could see it. 3 when my daughter and I asked for lots of olives she used 3 fingers to grab just a few, and when both my daughter and I had to say again lots of olives she gave us looks of attitude, the same happened when we both asked for lots of mayo. 4 her and another employee where speaking Spanish in front of us not knowing that my daughter and I both understand what they were saying. Elaines customer service is dreadful and I will not be spending anymore money at this location since she wanted to make it seem like we were more of a nuisance than valued customers. Her attitude killed the excitement my daughter and I had when we entered the store.

Mobile order was more important than a hungry customer walking in to order at the moment. Two workers and the older gentleman couldn’t do anything but watch. No customer service.

Ordered my sandwich online . Got there 10 min after my scheduled pick up time . They gave my lunch to someone else because they didn’t confirm the other persons order number. Gave me attitude about it and said that someone already picked up my lunch . Showed them proof of my online order . Spent my whole lunch just to have them remake my lunch. Very unpleasant visit .

Apparently the bad service at this place is a daily problem. I just went to get some food and after waiting over 20 minutes the manager didn’t know how to charge for the two sandwiches I ordered so she ordered one first and then because I didn’t tell her the name of the cheese I wanted because she hadn’t told us what it was called she got upset and I told her to cancel the order she still didn’t listen I told her to charge me and she told me she couldn’t because she was wearing gloves and I told her 5 minutes ago you were placing an order and touching the register. Her name is Samantra or something like that because besides being very rude she didn’t know what she was doing. I told her she should report you to the health department

if I could get zero stars I would. I walk in there is a guy currently making sandwiches and two girls just talking in the back. The guy has two sandwiches to make and it’s taking a long time I am waiting at least seven minutes at this time. The girl that is talking in the back finally comes out and asked me what I want I have to constantly Repeat myself because the music is too loud. She puts cheese on my sandwich when I ask her not to due to the music being too loud and gets an attitude when I tell her to take it off. Don’t waste your time on the subway the employees are absolute garbage.

I had to hear about how ur employee put in their two weeks and the manager just said “ok”. You have 3 employees in the place and one sitting in lobby, one dude pacing the store and one bullshitting while making a sandwich. do better. Zero regard for us walking in or out and not acknowledged either time at 4pm on a Thursday.

Love this location but whichever young lady was working the front didn’t know the menu then when I told her she took off the meat that was wrong and didn’t put the salami! She’s a bit detached from what’s going on so I hope things get better for her and the store.

Too Bad
So standing around not getting acknowledgement for 5 minutes being the only person in there while 1 employee is making an online order and 1 employee is sitting in the corner talking about sam and how she can refer someone for a job. A dude just walking back and forth not helping and talking about being out of 1s and 5s. Do better.

Subway y’all need to do better. Whoever the district manager is needs to be fired!! I always come in and they’re always single staffed or understaffed with the amount of Togo orders they have to do and in person customers. Keith is a wonderful worker and can make a mean sandwich but as a manager myself, subway makes billions a year and y’all can’t staff more then one at a time??? Next time I come in and see a single staffed person I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. DO BETTER SUBWAY!
