Left New York @ 3:00am and flew here to Georgia. From the airport first stop was here to flying biscuit café here In Norcross Georgia, we were so hungry and our server. Amanda was so wonderful. 100+ stars for her.
My Husband ordered the flying biscuit breakfast and sweet tea and I had a pineapple mimosa on the recommendations of Amanda and the mini shrimp and grits and a single buttermilk pancake with blueberries. Everything was so delicious fresh and hot off the grill. We will definitely be coming back here before our return trip home on Monday hopefully I can get some of those grits to come back with me. They were unbelievable thank you Amanda and thank you to the chefs who made our breakfast brunch today. We really enjoyed it and you know what we’re not even stuffed and that’s a good thing cause sometimes when you have stuff, you just can’t really appreciate what you ate, but we are pleasantly filled.

I got the Piedmont Omelette with fruit and a Bacon biscuit. The Omelette was so good I gobbled it up before I could snap a picture. Its stuffed to the brim with applewood bacon and chunks of sausage, very well crafted. The Biscuit was a bit dry but it did take me a minute to get to it. A little disappointed there. All in all a good meal with fresh fruit. My server Pamela was great and she was very attentive. She brought everything out I needed before I had a chance to ask and they greeted me at the door!

We had a great experience at breakfast today! Our server, Amanda, was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The service was quick, she checked on us at just the right times, and she had such a warm, welcoming attitude that made our morning even better.
It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. Amanda really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Just had breakfast at this location for the 1st time and let me tell you everything was just so good!! I had the creamy grits (added shrimp) which you should definitely try as it was on point! The biscuits were fluffy, buttery and flaky! Our server was nice, efficient and just overall great! Will definitely be back❤️

Amanda went above and beyond during our visit. My four-year-old was having a fit, and instead of seeming frustrated, Amanda responded with such warmth and patience. She was gentle, understanding, and made a stressful moment feel manageable. Exceptional service and an even better human. We truly appreciated her.

First time visiting, and I won’t be in a hurry to go back. A group of friends decided to go here during a break we had from work. When I got there, I was promptly greeted and my drink order taken. We ordered our food, and for me and a few others, that is where the problem was. My food was not hot at all (lukewarm at best), and the place was not slammed at all, so I don’t understand how the food was not hot. My one piece of French toast was pathetic, the serving sizes of the grits and eggs were an absolute joke, that would not make a small child feel full. The prompt service made up for the food a little, but to me it felt like Waffle House quality, for a much more significant price. I would not recommend and don’t think I will be going back. I would advise proceed with caution.
