I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. Every time I come here for breakfast they mess something up. Every. Single. Time. I have been here on multiple occasions and they are out of sausage, or not making breakfast (at 9am), or they make something wrong, or forget something, and this time takes the cake. The door sign clearly says they open at 8:00AM. The online hours as well corroborate the sign hours. As I pull in to the drive through at 8:11AM the normal pre-recorded “are you using the taco bell app” came on immediately followed by “we don’t open until 830, sorry have a good day”. This taco bell is poorly managed. Can’t keep food stocked properly, inconsistent order accuracy, and can’t stick to their posted schedule. I wish breakfast was the only issue but unfortunately their numerous inconsistencies span across all hours of their poorly executed operation.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to their management is horrible. Take it back a week ago OK they messed my order up completely so I got a $10 free gift card online which didn’t even cover half my order but whatever fast-forward to today I go in try to order something on the mobile app and all of a sudden the app glitches out, cancel my order, and then my promotion is completely gone. I called the manager. She doesn’t wanna help me in anyway whatsoever mind you this is only $11.70 worth of food not even a big deal instead of just being kind. Let me make that for you so we can get you on your way and we hope you have a great day. No, she gave me nothing but hassle wouldn’t give me the corporate office number so I could call and complain refuse to give me anybody’s information about her that I could speak to somebody about so I can make a formal complaint because it’s ridiculous how she treated me and spoke to me. Pretty sad that you guys have management working there that can’t do nothing to help the customer. I don’t understand the point of that might as well get kiosks and just you know have robots back there making food. It might be better if I could give this Taco Bell -10 stars I would And every time I come there my food looks like straight trash. Literally not even made correctly doesn’t even look like they gave a shit about making it

came through the drive thru this afternoon. got parked and without realizing it, the cashier didn’t give me my debit card back until about 10 minutes later when I finally got my food. they offered no explanation other than “oops, we forgot to give your card back”. No apology, no nothing. I’ve locked my card and my bank account out of an abundance of caution and I will not be going back to this taco bell.

Now I know I haven’t been to every single Taco Bell location, but I do travel a lot and have lived in 5 different states. Based upon the sample size of every Taco Bell I’ve been to across the United States, I can confidently say this is probably the worst Taco Bell in the country.
Don’t expect them to ever get all of your items right the first time.
When they finally get it right, don’t expect all the correct toppings.
Don’t expect it to taste good.
When you ask for sauce for an online order expect to get either zero sauce packets or 100 packets, there is no in between.

Really impressed by how efficient this Taco Bell is in conserving energy-turning off the self order kiosks while customers are actively ordering is a bold strategy. After waiting at the counter for 5 minutes without a response hearing employees snicker in the back, one finally climbed out of her hole and redirected us to the drive through due to them being “understaffed”. There was nobody going through the drive through! I digress, we counted 6-7 people actively working not counting one on their lunch break scrolling on his phone drinking midnight Baja blast. This location is if hell had a Taco Bell.

Doesn’t matter what time you come. It’s always very slow in the drive through. Even with only three cars total. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to get to the speaker, another ~10 minutes to get to the window. What happened, Taco Bell? Seriously.

I did a mobile order on my lunch break at 2:00am and then waited over 30 minutes without any communication from the staff inside at the drive through speaker box. When I got to the window after 35 minutes I was told my order hadn’t even been started yet. I demanded a refund and went without eating because I had to go back to work. Thanks taco bell for the absolute worst customer service and fast food experience. You guys are the worst!

Last Friday, April 18th, I took my son to grab some nacho fries. He ate most of them and when he got to the bottom there was a silver bolt in the container. I wrote to corporate but no one has reached out thus far. So glad he is old enough to not have put that in his mouth.

Only thing they got right was that fact that they gave us food. Very clearly asked for for my order. Instead of clarifying with me they assumed I want something else and gave me that instead. But I will have to give them credit for attempting to correct even though they still got it wrong.
