Great place to stop in for burgers! Order at the counter and the food is made fresh and fast. The patties are 1/4 lb and you have the option to get a double on any of the burgers. The fries are hand cut and amazing!! The green chili Route 66 burger was fantastic. I also ordered a matcha boba which they were able to customize for me and not add any sugar. The restaurant is super clean as are the bathrooms.

We stopped into La Villa Burgers & Boba for a quick boba break while driving through Santa Rosa. We didn’t try the food this time since not everyone in the family wanted burgers, but the boba was great—flavorful, refreshing, and a fun surprise to find in a small town.

The space is clean, bright, and recently opened (less than a year ago), with friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. The menu is super simple—burgers, fries, and one fish option—which keeps things easy if you’re just looking for a solid, no-fuss meal. It’s a casual place that clearly focuses on doing a few things well.

It’s also worth noting that the restaurant shares space with the gift shop next door, making it an easy spot to grab a snack or drink while browsing for Route 66 souvenirs. We’ll definitely consider coming back to try the food next time we pass through!

On our cross country road trip, we stopped in on our way to Santa Fe to grab a bite, and we are so glad that we did! The owners are very sweet, genuine people. The fish sandwich was great and the tea was tasty! The gift shop is such a lovely addition to the restaurant, and we were happy to get a few things to remember this place by. They clearly care about their customers, and they even have a world map to pin your hometown! 10/10 would recommend!

Very clean. Love the desert atmosphere. Had a cheeseburger with bacon, hatch chilis and hand cut fries. Not greasy at all. Cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.

Passing through and needed lunch. We stopped here and we were so glad we did! The service was great and the food was delicious. The dining area was very clean and so were the bathrooms. It also had a cute gift shop attached.

Sara made us a fabulous burger and fries! We were traveling back to Texas and stopped to eat. This precious burger place could compete in a big city, they do it right! Also one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been in. We will be back! Only 1 minute off I-40.

Great place to find en route to Santa Fe. I am a boba tea person but had no room for it after my generous fish sandwich. Husband also thought his burger was good. We both liked the fresh, soft sandwich buns and the hand cut fries.
There are interesting wall placards on the US acquisition of the local territory and some great old photos and a map, of the old town. The map shows the original Route 66 also. .
The owner returned, after 40 yr, to Santa Rosa to begin this business
The place is very clean. With a clean sight line into the kitchen, the kitchen is clean and very neat and organized.
I recommend a stop here

Thought this was a New Mexican restaurant but turned out to be a wonderful burger spot instead. So glad we decided to try it. The burger was mouthwatering, the fries were homemade and fresh! Reasonable priced as well!
