Shame on these employees. I was on my motorcycle to pick up my order. It was raining and so I could not sit there with three cars in front of me to go through the drive up window. I rode around and went to their door and they refused to give me my pizza at the door. They forced me to get back on my motorcycle and get in line for the drive up window in the pouring rain. Shame, shame on these employees. I did not get my pizza and had to ride elsewhere rather than sit there in the freezing rain.

I’m done with the Marion Domino’s. I’m gonna give Domino’s one more shot (Only because I have gift cards to use up) but it will be the West Memphis location (pray for me). Why do establishments insist on having the employee with the least people skills be the person to greet customers. Anyway, normally the pizza is ‘ok’ but the customer service is always pitiful. I decided I wanted a NY Style pizza. I guess NY Style translated in Arkansas means Hand Tossed! Pop quiz…. which one of the photos is hand tossed and which one is NY Style?

I ordered from here about 2 days ago and as I was eating my Philly cheesesteak sandwich, KEEP IN MIND I WAS HALF WAY FINISHED WITH THE SANDWICH, and it’s MOLD ON MY BREAD! I called them instantly and they told me to take a picture and call back because it wasn’t a manager on duty. So I call the next morning and the assistant manager had an attitude when I asked to speak to the manager! She says “ ummm I am a manager!” I tell her my situation and she puts me on hold. She then comes back to the phone and says her general manager is going to call me right back! HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM! But it’s ok though! Imma let everybody know don’t eat there cause they nasty as hell!

The service was great! Piza was horrible. Cheese bread with pepperoni was supposed to be 8 pizza and looked more like a role of dough. No pizzas were cut. Everything had saw dust type feel. Won’t ever go back.

Ordered pizza & drink for my 9 year old & 6 year old. I had it delivered. My son goes to get his food & drink, the guy is on his phone the entire time through his speakers in his car. My son gets his pizza, asks about his drink & the guy just ignores him. I go to grab my slides & by the time I get outside, the driver is pulling off & speeding past my house because he had to do a U-turn to get out my neighborhood. He was the rudest worker. My son is very respectful & I’ve never had problems from other Domino employees at that location. I get the pizza & the thing isn’t even cut. I have a video of the pizza & everything. I will NEVER order from here again. Needless to say, I had to use my own pizza cutter to cut it & had to go and get him another drink because he never got his Fanta.

The driver and manager by the name of Courtney was very friendly and and brought my order to me fresh. I loved her energy and haven’t had real customer service experience like that in a while.

This is the fourth time to order pizza here. It is so greasy that it is coming through box. Will not refund money. I’ve never called the three times before but I did today. Manager didn’t even want to give me her name. They want me to have a credit REALLY. I don’t want anything free I just want to be refunded for one pizza not 3 would not recommend
