Great food AND a great atmosphere. Cozy with attentive staff (Thanks Mora!) who are ready with recommendations based on your preferred flavor profile. Large booths give a sense of privacy. Music was almost little too loud for conversation but tolerable. A lovely date night.

This place feels like stepping into another era.

Tucked behind a bookshelf, this cozy, dimly lit speakeasy delivers exactly the vibe it promises. Intimate, immersive, and perfect for long conversations.

The French onion soup was a standout. Rich, comforting, and everything you want it to be. The deviled eggs were simple and satisfying, and the cookie was a great way to end the night.

The atmosphere is what really makes this place special. It’s relaxed, moody, and easy to settle into without feeling rushed. A great spot for catching up with friends or just enjoying a slower night out.

Had such a great time sitting at the bar with Jose as our bartender this weekend. The menu is expansive so my husband ordered a Rum Swizzle and I did a bartenders choice with a tiki inspired drink with a mezcal base – Jose nailed it! Would have loved to sit at that bar for hours. They serve a little welcome drink and the whole staff is great. This is a perfect date spot if you can snag a reservation.

Speakeasies are dark & mysterious bars that classy ladies like ourselves go to, so we were glad to find this one that didn’t need reservations in advance.

We put our names down at the bookstore, ate dinner nearby, and got a call about 90min after that our area was ready. At first they could only promise standing room only, but I suppose another group cancelled so we got their booth.

There weren’t any explicit rules (unlike other stricter places) but they did advise the vibe is NOT rowdy. We weren’t planning on starting any bar fights so we good.

The menu is quite large, but stuck mostly with their signature drinks. I LOVED my Jupiter – light & not too sweet – while others enjoyed their guactail, big green smoothie & others. Pretzel was also perfect for late night munchies.

Waiter very knowledgeable about recommendations and great about checking in, and also dealing with all of our crazy requests for a really really fun night =D Guestbook checkout idea also very cute.

Fun speakeasy entrance, everyone was really nice and welcoming. Very dark when you go in, but that is the vibe. We got a booth which comfortably fits 4 (we were only 3). Cocktails were beautiful and tasty! Food had some winners: bone marrow and brussel sprouts were delicious! The ricotta ciabatta was just ok, and I would not order the deviled eggs again. All plates were very generous portions though!

A moody and chic speakeasy that is excellent for date night. Highly recommend making reservations. The “bookstore” was packed with people on the waitlist on a Saturday night. The host was polite, organized, and sat us promptly.
We each ordered the bartender’s choice and both drinks were excellent. They asked us for our preferences and highly delivered.
The apple crumble was served warm and included all the cozy winter spices. We were also highly impressed with their bourbon selection. They deliver the bottle to the table once it is ordered which speaks to their high level of service. The staff were helpful and polite. Highly recommend this speakeasy if you’re looking for a fun elevated night out.

The staff were rude and the hostess gave extreme attitude. It made me feel like they did not want or need our patronage. I was extremely disappointed given how highly recommend it was by other bartenders. I would not recommend.

Barely any alcohol in my drinks. I ordered 3 drinks and no buzz, it felt like some prejudice was going on because my friend got buzzed off of his two drinks. My friend even tasted my third drink and said he couldn’t taste any alcohol. Save your money and go to Denver Death & Co.

This is a super cool speakeasy!!! From the entrance to the way you leave, very true to the old speakeasies!! Atmosphere is a fun, low light, very well done vibe. Food was fantastic with some great options. Drinks are next level!! This is one place that you better have a reservation, be standing in line 15-20 minutes before they open or it will be a long wait! When we went, it was raining, we got there about 15 minutes before it opened and we were second in line. By the time they opened the door, there were 5 parties standing in the rain waiting…. It’s that good!!

Everything about the service and atmosphere was truly amazing, but unfortunately the food was a major disappointment. The mac and cheese in particular was so poorly prepared that it ended up giving me food poisoning. It arrived as a thick glob of cheese and pasta, and the sauce didn’t even blend into the noodles. I was incredibly disappointed by the experience.
