Unfortunately the employees thinks service is a laughing matter. When this store originally open the owner use to come to restaurant depot and invite us to visit we loved it there until he left. My fries were cold like someone left their order and they just recycled the fries. The chicken was also cold. They did not give us drinks or the right dressing for the chicken. At $30 please do better or find employees who care. This is a business not an arcade.

I got a cheeseburger and wings delivered and the food was amazing. I ordered two days in a row. The cheeseburger had the freshest lettuce, tomato, and onion. The wings were really good and I loved the keychain they sent with my order. I think I found my favorite restaurant in Greensboro.

Service was horrible. Called in to place a pickup order. The staff member sounded like he did not want to be at work. At that point I was hesitant at just to going to a different place but still wanted to give it a try. On arrival at the look of the outside of the establishment I was even more hesitant but have been fooled before, so I decided to still give it a shot. When I went inside the staff members were on there phone. I paid for my food. The food was 1 out of 10. Nothing like is portrayed on there website.

Ordered a Garden Salad. It contained chopped onion and green peppers. Not at all conducive to salad consumption. It also had iceberg lettuce, shredded colby cheese, banana peppers, and tomatoes. The choices for dressing were limited, but my secondary choice, blue cheese, was amazing. Overall, the salad tasted great. Veggies were fresh and crisp.
The cashier had all the charisma of a hippopotamus. So there was a slight communication barrier. Probably more due to his soft-spoken voice than his nationality.
The ambiance was American deli meets burger joint? Seemed like their menu was focused on only the most requested meals. This makes a lot of sense and while I applaude the fiscal ingenuity the menu could have more choices available given the ingredients of the items listed.

The sauces are good but if you used to come when it used to be Wing It then you’ll be disappointed by the size of these wings. THEY ARE TINY, and I mean tiny tiny. About three of these equal the size Wing It wings used to be. Once again they’re not bad wings but the size of the wings is truly sad.

This is the best American Deli I have been too. The one on west market street has nets all over the place, and the one on Summit has no burgers and there phone is off. Both of those places are just so unorganized and disgusting with bugs. But, this one is the best one great service from the staff, to the food. Thank yall.

The food is great but the owner is difficult most of the time. There’s no point in ordering ahead because they’re not going to cook it until you pay for it. The smallest thing extra they will charge you for but 8 out of 10 they left out what you asked for. Always homeless people or abum hanging around outside

Their food is great! I’ve come here on many occasions at this point, trying many different things on the menu. I personally prefer Tilapia over Whiting at this location. I always get a chef salad. (Iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, banana peppers, green peppers, ham, turkey and cheese) They don’t have a big drink choice but it’s average. (Coke products) They have Tea and juice like fruit punch too.
As far as staff, the young ladies up front are great! They both are honest and I appreciate that!
The foreign guy, (guess he’s the manager) he’s a tough one. He gives “hurry up and buy” vibes and please know he will tell you off!! He will give you 1 tarter sauce for 2 big pieces of fish. You got 4 chicken tenders? No worries, you still only get 1 dipping sauce, of course that’s if the manager guy is taking or bagging orders.
Now I have used their restroom but I will not eat there. The atmosphere is ok I guess but it’s just not my setting of choice.
