So for starters I am guessing that my server was new. Not a big deal she did really well making sure to repeat my order back on detail. Great right!?!
Well, there was only one “cook” there and we were there at lunch time. When my food arrived at the table, I was missing a few things. I told the waitress and she said “oh I guess the cook forgot” and then she said “she’s gonna make it now” I waited about ten minutes for something that at most should have taken 5. Then I told her to ask the chef if she had started it yet. At which point I was told no. So I asked for this item to be cancelled as almost everyone was already done eating and the item was a child’s plate of food and the child already ate my food anyways. About 5 minutes later the item was brought to me in a to-go box. When I went to pay, I told the lady at the register that I still had not recieved everything that the menu indicated I would get with my order. To which she replied “sorry I wish you would have told me sooner” and I was still charged full price for everything. I will NEVER go back to this awful place again

Pretty much the worst breakfast restaurant I’ve been to. Some of the people were nice but the place needs a 100% demo & rebuild from the structure to the ownership to the management styles. Could be a great joint. We drive 30 mins to greenwood to get breakfast at another huddle house. Again, some sweet people buy needs work.

Service was horrible, not only because our food took over 30 mins no, but because out server didn’t communicate their lack of staffing. Then the best part was the hair in the grits!! No one took any responsibility for the hair l, the bad service or the long wait. First and last time I will visit a Huddle House. Never again!

Probably the worst service I have ever witnessed. It took them over 30 minutes for a simple waffle with strawberries and whenever the waiter, Madison Rowe, brought the waffle it was plain. She never brought us silverware to eat our food with until we asked for it, no straws, and she also didn’t refill our drinks without us having to constantly ask. Please hire more adequate waiters.

I blame the managers.
On how horrible this place has become. I know for a fact the managers are more concerned with making money in there pockets instead of trying to focus on the downfalls of the establishment. I only say that because when customers start complaining they hide like cowards instead of facing the customers as leaders of the establishment.
The management is in charge of ordering products for the place but yet they are always out of multiple key items like CUPS just for an example. I don’t blame the staff at all.
I blame the management. And if you know anything about the managers of the place you would know they managed other huddle houses that some would/have said they purposely wrecked and had shut down.
Don’t let these people destroy a once loved place

If you could give negative stars, I would. Same girl was working. Heard the only other customer in the restaurant if management had changed. The lady told him no, she had been the manager for 2 yrs. He asked if she worked every Sunday, she said yes. She left shortly after their talk. The waitress actually did take our order this time but got it wrong. The gravy on my boyfriend’s hashbrowns was water, he gave it back, didn’t want it. The waitress fussed at the cook about it till she handed him the plate but still expected my boyfriend to eat it!! His plate was sitting in a to-go box on the counter when we left … God I hope they weren’t reserving it to someone else. The toast was burnt but the butter wouldn’t melt. My hashbrowns were cold but the cheese was melted. And let me tell you about my ice cold, smelly eggs … I took 2 bites and stopped eating. We paid and left. 10 minutes later, I feel sick. Super nauseous. I’m glad I didn’t clean my plate. I won’t be going back here again. Food that makes you sick and a rude waitress is not a good way to keep the doors open!
This place used to be good, guess it depends on the staff currently working. We came in and sat down. It wasn’t busy, most people already had their food. We ordered a coffee and a tea. We got that pretty quickly. We decided what we wanted it eat and waited on her to take our order. In that 15 min waiting period, I watched someone bring their glasses to the counter for a refill, the waitress was washing dishes. She brings food to the couple in front of us, it was wrong but they accepted it anyway. We decide to leave because she still ignored us. So I go to pay for our drinks & she asks “Did you even get your food?” I told her she didn’t even take our order. She never apologized or tried to make it right. She was never friendly at all, rather rude actually. I used to go eat here every Sunday with my son, we’ll find somewhere else for now.

Food was amazing, the customer service could use some work and I informed the manager of that. The manager was very nice and understanding and even thanked me for informing him of the customer service issue. I will be stopping back by within the next few months to see if it has changed.

If you could give negative stars this place would get it. The cook and head waitress was VERY unprofessional. And the food was. …YUCK; but there was a young African American girl there that was kind and attended to us even though our waitress was rude to her while she attended to our request for a condiment our waitress forgot to bring back. We will never stop there again.

Well we got a 2 star welcome place looked like it seen better days. Wasn’t but 4 people in the place waiting on food ordered . We got our order taken and look like the people working didnt start cooking food till 10min later. Took 45 min befor we got part of our order brought to us . My friend dad got food he didnt order had to take it back tp get it right. Grill looked like it needed cleaned 2 weeks ago hash browns was raw eggs was thrown into a dirty pan that had other burnt food from other orders that day. Waffle was best part of the meal friend said but it was close to being burnt. I had double cheese burger and fries the burgers was very flat burnt dry and size of sausage pattys the tea tasted like it was on the verge of going full blown sower. Seats hard as a rock.

This Huddle house is awesome the new crew and manager is what this place needed for a long time as it was falling to pieces but the new manager picked it back up good job!! This place has awesome food and team they care about their customers and treats everyone like family the manager Carol is awesome and you can tell the team she has and the customers all love her!
