There was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The Triple Dipper was just as good as we hoped, with a cheese pull for miles. My favorite dish is the Chipotle Honey Chicken Crispers, perfectly crispy with just the right touch of sweetness and heat. The Strawberry Margarita was refreshing and delicious.
The atmosphere was casual and lively, great for an easy night out or a relaxed dinner with friends. Service was friendly and attentive even with the crowd.

My kids and I went here for dinner. It was so good. We loved it. I got a burger which was juicy and cooked to perfection. Both my kids loved their dishes which was a steak and a burger as well. We ate way too much but it was hard to stop. Our waitress was so nice and my daughter even complimented her and said she was pretty. Will be coming back here. It is a little expensive but it’s worth it.

We arrived at 6:58 PM on February 28th. The waitress did not approach our table until 7:30 PM. She took our order. We did not receive our beverages for another 20 minutes. We received our appetizer 40 minutes later with dirty plates and no napkins. We received our entrees 29 minutes later with no silverware so I had to go to the bar to get silverware. 20 minutes after we receive our food my grandkids wanted a refresh on their beverages, that took another 25 minutes. I ordered the cookies and ice-cream we waited 20 minutes before I stop the manger to see what was going on. He came back with the order in 10 minutes. Not a good experience.

We eat at the Ann Arbor Chilis multiple times a month. Our favorites Garlic sirloin, chicken fajitas, chicken nachos, big mouth bits, chips and salsa, Cajan chicken pasta, triple dipper appetizer, honey Chipotle chicken crispers, hamburgers, all made delicious. Have to ask for the BEST waiter Rick each time. He will make sure your drinks are full, order is accurate, prompt on getting your order and anything you need. Great guy! Hostess and other staff have been great when waiting on us too. Keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean. That’s so important.

Hasn’t friends meet me at this location instead of another chain nearby. Everything was pretty good and now my friends have been back 4 times in the last few weeks. First time I’d been to Chilis in ages and it scratched that Chain restaurant itch. Was it gourmet from scratch cooking? Not really. Was it good and fairly priced? Yeah
Also the service speed was great. For a Friday night I got seated immediately and the waitress was super attentive.

We always come here for our family dinners because of the great service and food. Servers are courteous and go the extra mile to see that we have everything that we need and that our drinks are filled even when the restaurant is full. Highly recommend!

Taste and quality as expected for this chain restaurant. Our waitress Shakyla was awesome and helped my son with vegetarian options. Wait time and facility good+. Great option for a late dinner when other places are closed on a Sunday night when visiting the University of Michigan.

Twice Ive been to the Ann arbor chilis within a year and they were out of RIBEYES! I ask for Diet Coke they only have coke! Stock up for goodness sakes:( other than that food is always fresh and great customer service

The staff here is top tier. Food was well worth the money. The steak for the fajitas was a tad over cooked, but the shrimp was primo. Lots of options and believe the menu has good prices for the quality. Had my first visit here in 15 years last night, I’ll be back again.
