Hours are wrong, they close at 9 not 10, even the hours on the door are wrong. The app allows you to place an order online after they are closed so they just steal your money. Half the time the foods wrong or disgusting, total scam just go to Williamstown.

I DIDNT KNOW I WAS SPENDING 13 bucks for a LOAF OF BREAD!! Meat so light my cheese was thicker. This subway just ruined all future Subways for me. I should’ve went to jersey mikes for this price. My mother had TWO pieces of bacon on a BLT. A BLT!!!

I’ve been here before, but this time was amazing. I placed an online order from my car and then went inside immediately after. There were 3 young boys working and they were very busy. They were extremely professional and courteous. They made the sandwhiches in a timely manner and even had friendly conversation with me and my husband. I am very impressed with them. I know it can be difficult to keep young ones at task. The food was made neatly, restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was such a joy with those gentlemen working. I will go back. My husband was impressed and it takes a lot for him to admit that, so that alone speaks volumes for this place. Definitely going back! Great job guys!

This used to be the best subway that I’d ever eaten at. The service was fantastic—polite, fast, and reasonable. Unfortunately, that all changed a couple months ago when the new owner came in, completely fired the entire crew, and apparently he and a couple family members now run it. They are stingy and will nickel and dime you. I have so many examples from asking for an Italian sub (and not asking for extra cheese) and being charged for one of their “hero” subs with extra cheese, double charged for a sub but told that’s how it’s charged. Bought six cookies and charged individually vs a pack of 6. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the nickel and diming has only gotten worst. I recently bought a 6” veggie patty which rings up for $6.99. They then added a 6” veggie delight as a $5.49 upcharge. So now this 6” sandwich is more expensive than most of their 12” sandwiches with double cheese. Explain the logic to that. The guy is ridiculous when trying to explain the charges. The way he charges his customers is criminal. I will never go back, and I would highly encourage others to not go as well. I rarely give bad reviews, but this is awful. I give them a max of 5 years before they go out of business because they run off all of their regulars (and 5 years is being generous). I’m feeling petty enough to set a reminder on my calendar for 5 years from today, and when I confirm that either there’s no longer a subway or it’s changed owners again, I will laugh and laugh. Maybe I’ll even update my review.

Associates are always very sweet, attentive and quick to get your order completed and every time I’ve been there they have everything stocked. One complaint was the one time I ordered ahead I arrived 5 minutes early and my sandwich was just sitting on some shelf. No clue how long it had sat, if anyone had touched it, no bag or napkins were provided.

When I got there I was studying the menu. The BMT was $10.39. On the way home I realized that I had given them a $20 and got just a bit over $7 back. When I got home I checked my receipt. So I looked and I paid $11.49 for just the sandwich that is all I asked for. Then I realized the bread was stale by the end of the sandwich I was not happy I paid a $1.10 more for it then stated on the menu all the reviews they are given is true I hope more people read this
