I went to Red Robin for the first time and it was a great experience. I got the new A1 Burger and it was very good, the fries were also very good. My host, Christopher, was personable and a pleasure to interact with. I will definitely be back!

A group of friends and I (about 8 people) ate here on Feb 25th. Our server seemed annoyed but warmed up a tad near the end. We had to flag her down for basics like water and silverware. We never did get the correct amount of forks. Our “bottomless fries” that came with our burgers didn’t even cover the plate. Looked like 5 pieces. The burger, for almost $20, was underwhelming in size and flavor and definitely overpriced. My friend’s pizza tasted weird like the sauce was missing an ingredient. Another person’s side order of zucchini straws forgotten. Wouldn’t recommend.

Early dinner today provided hot, tasty, fresh items, including fish, chicken tenders, and sweet potato fries. The homemade chips were bland. The chocolate shake needed more chocolate, but did have two cherries. We had an excellent young female server. High prices were easier to take given the above. Not crowded at 5pm.

We are COVID cautious and were looking for a table on the patio. It was also really nice and warm for a November day. The hostess took a few minutes to see if they could accommodate us, and they got a table set up for us! We were out there by ourselves, but the staff never let us feel abandoned. It was Veteran’s Day, and they did seem pretty busy, but they still took great care of us. The food was good, the service was impeccable! It was exactly what we needed. Thank you!! We’ll be back!

When we got seated, there was an hour wait until we got our food, I lost my appetite. Although we waited forever there was games playing on the tv’s which kept us entertained for a little. What really made me mad was that people who came after us got their food before us. I ordered the BBQ chicken wrap and when it came it was cold and it tasted plain + it mainly had lettuce. Because the chicken wrap was bad, I tried my sisters burger which was very good. So if you come here, order a burger, not a chicken wrap.

My one bite of burger tasted good until I realized that the cooks did in fact NOT care about the fact that I had an egg allergy and made it with the allergen anyway. My server did everything she could to remind them so it’s definitely not her fault but was an awful experience overall and I ended up so sick afterwards. Would not recommend if you have any allergies at all! The manger just gave me a card for a free appetizer and left. This is the second time this has happened and it’s not only dangerous but just sucky. Super disappointing:(

I love going to the Red Robin by Winrock. The service is always amazing. Armani was great! And the manager Steven has never failed to stop by each table to see how they/we are doing. We had a great experience. ☺️

My family and I ate here today 02/26/26, we are a large party of 8 and right from the jump the server seemed annoyed that we were there . He took our drink and appetizer during which he shooshed my daughter for asking him a question and making a change to her portion of the order (shes 26) and after that its like it was his mission to be rude to her . He purposefully put her drink in front of me instead of her , if she needed something I had to ask because he would ignore her, I asked for more than 1 container of ranch and he rolls his eyes , I asked for napkins you guessed it , eye roll , he never did refill my tea not once after I asked multiple times . When he gave us straws he pretty much threw them at us, and was just rude over all . He was more polite to me but fully had it out for her . I didnt catch his name but hes very tall , vald and id African american . We ate so thoroughly disappointed as this was our first poor experience with red robin.

Me and my family ate here tonight for the first time in about 10 years, and I must say we all had an excellent experience. The food was cooked perfectly, there was barely any excessive wait-time for our orders or drinks, and we had an amazing service! I hope to dine in here again soon.
