On February 12th, I stopped at Subway to grab dinner after hosting my grief support group. I was running late and just needed something quick.
Unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable. The young man working appeared agitated and was slamming items around while preparing food. The tension was noticeable, and it made the environment feel uneasy. I found myself almost afraid to ask for adjustments to my sandwich.
As someone who grew up in an environment where I learned to duck from flying objects, loud slamming and visible frustration can be very triggering. I understand everyone has stressful days, but customers should still feel safe and comfortable when ordering their food.
I hope management can address this, because a calm and welcoming atmosphere makes all the difference.

Ordered a 12 in roast beef and the young punk making sandwiches gave me only enough meat for a 6 inch and charged me for 12 in. Guy had an attitude as if he’s mad because he has to work instead of playing his video games. Uhhh…never going there again

OMG!!!! Hunnie when I tell you guy’s me my mom and dad went there yesterday passing threw going home from our vacation from the mountains we stopped there to get a bite to eat. The workers was so amazing! and nice I love good customer service and the place was so clean! our food was spectacular! I’m like this is the best subway I ever been to in my life they need to give the workers a nice raise because they did that hands down I can’t remember there names when I bit in to my sub I wanted to cry because everything was so delish! Very satisfied I feel like I want to drive 4 hrs there that’s how awesome it was I know it sounds crazy but I love subway I use to work at one and they make a sub the way I make mines with love they truly a Sub Artist.

Placed an online order to be ready at 6:55. My husband got there to pick it up a little after 7 and the order still hadn’t been made even though it was placed 30 minutes prior. My husband stood in here for an HOUR after walking in for a pick up order while they took walk in orders first. There was no apology made and my husband is too nice to say anything. Will never eat here again.

It was ok, except the lettuce is not as fresh nor green. My last visit was the worst ever. I don’t know who the girl was but she was extremely rude. First I ordered, took it home. The bread was so hard you couldn’t bite it. Took it back. The young man was waiting on a customer, the girl saw me standing there, as she left & went to the kitchen. The young man have her a quick look as he continues waiting on his customer. I told him the bread was hard as stone & wanted fresh bread. Which he made but the second 6″ was an left over 6″, so I did ask for a different one from fresh loaf. He did comply with my request. As for the girl when another customer came in while the young man was making my order, she came out & waited on him. I do know that I will go back. I had been going there quite frequently, but there are others that have never treated me like that

Employees are so nice and work the hardest they can. I’ve been here standing in line for a few minutes when they was fast and I could tell they was moving as fast as they could. If I could give a higher star rating I would. I love this place and very much recommend this subway. It is one of the best by far

Food was great. Time to get sandwiches made took longer than usual. They had only 2 staff and lots of online orders and orders ahead. Several were in line in front of us and behind us. Was poor scheduling of staff. They should have a station in the back for to go orders. The to go orders where in the way of the staff that were preparing the subs for customers that were in line. That would be more efficient if the to go orders were prepared in the back. Giving the other staff space and time to complete the orders of those waiting in line.
