I come here to work on my laptop all the time! The food is excellent, the vibe is perfect for working. Gentle buzz all around, not too crazy, people always coming and going. I will sit here for hours some days. I’m even a part of the “Sip Club” which is $14.99/month. Cheaper than a co-working space! The only issue I have with Panera is a lot of their food is covered in seed oils.

Friday night I went to have dinner at a different location and I was really surprised by how dirty it was. There wasn’t a single clean table to sit at — I had to wipe down the one I chose myself. From the kitchen to the back corners, you could tell there’s just no care being put into that place. The pictures don’t even show how dirty it actually was, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. The food tasted amazing, as always, but the overall look of the place doesn’t make you want to go in.

I’m at fault for expecting more from this location. This is my second time coming to this location in the past couple of months. I assumed that the first time was “just a bad day” and decided not to base my opinion on one visit. This location is “closest” to my home, so I decided to try it one more time. The food was horrible, sandwich tasted burnt, one piece of chicken, and a few shredded pieces. The salad was brown, the croutons aren’t homemade anymore. I have been living abroad for the past 3 years, so who knows… maybe this is the new standard for Panera now. However, I will say this is DEF not the Panera I knew & loved and last had in 2019. My 1 year can make a better plate of food than what I received for $30 (2 Pick 2’s). To top it off, I was already not feeling well this just made my stomach worse. I do NOT recommend this location. I’m 100% sure you could get better food at a gas station. This location doesn’t even deserve a single star, it was simply for the review. Not only was it horrible the first visit, it was worse the second time. Disgusting & Panera should be ashamed to sell people garbage of this “quality”. My dog eats fresher food than this every single day, because I take the time to actually cook and provide him with fresh quality ingredients. He’d be offended if I made him eat this garbage. Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I don’t know why the ratings for this location is so low, as far as our experience, it’s not bad. There are plenty of parking around. The staff there were nice and helpful. We did a pickup order and they put an extra cookie as treat for pickup order customers (even though the cookie was too sweet for us). At least it showed that the staff were trying to make customers happy.

Was not really happy with value to portion size. Food was not really anything special for the price they charge. More bread to fill you up more than fillings. Staff were nice but I’d keep driving to another option given the choice.

I ordered a full grilled cheese and they didn’t have the original bread that they usually put it on which was fine so I opted in to sourdough and this is how my grilled cheese came out. Honestly very disappointing. I tried to eat the other half and had to throw it away because it was completely burnt and tasted burnt as well. As a frequent customer, this is disappointing.

I am a German tourist and checked the place out with a friend. We went there two times.
In my opinion, it was too overpriced
-Two sandwiches as a menu for 40$ is too much
-sandwich is not good for eating half of it at a later point
-service and ambience were okay

I tried the Spicy Asiago Bagel Stack, and while the taste was good, the presentation was a mess. It definitely didn’t look like how it should be served to a customer, which was disappointing. That said, the flavors were solid, and the spice level was nice.
I also had the Bacon Mac & Cheese, and it was really good—creamy, rich, and with a nice flavor from the bacon. Overall, the food tasted great, but Panera should work on consistency in presentation.

I ordered the Ranch Cob, drive thru… Salad looked nothing like what I ordered wilted old lettuce no mixed greens barely filled the bowl, even shorted me on my boiled egg halves. I’ve been noticing quality of this location going down very skimpy on the mixes greens, etc but this is just ridiculous. The first photo is what I got and the second is what ordered.
