Omg!!! This is some of the best Hispanic food I have had in so long.

I had the Tamales and they are moist, full of flavor. I didn’t even have to add the green sauce. I had the Raja’s, chicken and the pork tamales they were bursting with flavor.
The black bean were really good, they were firm, not mushy and not bitter like a black bean can be. The salsa has a smoky flavor and was just the right amount of heat. We also had the guacamole and omg… it has been some of the best I have had, its flavor was perfect, and taste fresh, which I truly appreciate.

This is a place I would highly recommend if you’re in Zions national park, definitely worth the money and the servings are great for the price.

Ok, the low down on desert, they were out of the cream brûlée but we had the Flan and Omgoodness! It was so damn good, it was creamy and did not taste like just egg and sugar, you actually got to taste the flan.

Our server was Fredy and was super friendly and just a delight. I would highly recommend him.

Whiptail quickly sat us and we had a great, friendly server. My husband and I ordered chips and salsa, a quesadilla, and a chicken sandwich. We could barely finish our food – delicious and hefty portion sizes! The prices were on the high end, but very comparable to everywhere else in the area. The only con was the bathroom location, outside the building however, I would definitely recommend! We left feeling happy with our choice in dinner!

Rare are the times that I leave a review while still seated at the table of a restaurant.

My husband and I went to dinner at this amazing restaurant. We were talking about tomorrow being December 31st and what our best meals of the year were, and this dinner was one of them!

If you are visiting or hiking in Zion National Park and you have some time to stop for some of the best Mexican food you could ever have, just do it.

Fresh, tasty, served with a smile—what else to ask for? The chile relleno was out of this world! It’s my husband’s favorite dish, and it was the best he ever had. The chef is lovely.

I highly recommend this restaurant; it was the highlight of a great trip to Zion.

Honestly, one of the top Mexican restaurants I’ve been to outside the border. We ordered the chile relleno. shrimp tacos, and stuffed avocado salad (with carne asada) – and the flavors on every dish were exquisite. It’s clear they carefully consider their menu, which has some really unique options. Their sauces were just right for the dishes, too. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Zion!

We came in on the last Monday of October for the first night of our honeymoon. Whiptail grill could not have set the bar higher. First we started with chips and salsa, salsa was very good. For entrees, my husband got the bbq bacon Gouda burger. He liked it, nothing crazy for him. For me, wow, I got the goat cheese chille relleno. It was the best thing I ate on our entire honeymoon road trip. The plating itself was so beautiful. The heat was perfectly cooled down by the other elements of the cucumber salad and the pico. The goat cheese was perfectly warm and melty. The pepper itself was cooked to perfection. Now to say it came with the side of rice and beans?! (I added the pork) woah. So much food. It made for such a perfect combination. I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone coming to Zion to stop by, and specifically order the chille relleno!!

An after Angel’s Landing meal and it was 10/10. Still offish season so tons of seating inside and out. They were so kind and asked us about how much sun we’d like since there was lots of space, everyone was super sweet. We split the guac, salsa and chips along with shrimp tacos. SO GOOD. Huge portions and comes with beans and rice. 100% would come back here.

We visited from San Antonio, Texas. Our server, Cesar, provided excellent service.
The food was delicious. We were 3 adults and our bill was $130.00 including tip. I think it was a bit pricey however the portions were very good. We ordered the asada tacos, chicken quesadillas and shrimp tacos. Its a great spot however be expecting to pay a bit.

Went there for dinner and really enjoyed everything about the restaurant. We had the BBQ sampler and Chile Relleno. Both week excellent. The bbq was a generous portion that provided another meal later. The Chile Relleno was beautiful and was reminiscent of a giant jalapeño popper. Delicious.

We finished with sharing the peanut butter creme brule for dessert and we both loved it. It was the best flavored creme brule ever. The PB wasn’t overpowering, it just made it delicious.

The atmosphere was relaxed and very comfortable. The views however are stunning. Worth a visit anytime and just want to sit and stay a while.

We had dinner here after a long day of hiking at Zion N.P..
they were a little short staffed, but Cesar apologized for the wait & he was serving, when he is also a cook.
We had a margarita & a beer for starters. Because we don’t have a huge appetite, we shared the Brussels sprouts with pork belly, they were sweet and spicy but a great flavor!
We also shared the sweet pork tacos with refried beans & rice on the side! They were some of the best pork tacos I’ve had. Just the right amount of sweet & spicy.
We didn’t have room for dessert, so we came back the next day after another hike in the park.
We got the peanut butter & chocolate habanero crème brûlée, because it sounded so delicious the night before, & it did not disappoint.
Saw Cesar both times & he was very welcoming.
You dine with a view that can’t be beat!
