We decided to order food and share it. So we had the 4 piece fish and chip basket, the fried cheese, and an order of the claim chowder. It was way too much food for 2 people and yes we both have heavy appetites. We had plenty of food left over.
The fish pieces were a good size and the batter had a good flavor. There were no real complaints. I don’t know if it’s the best ever as I read in other reviews but I’d say it’s the best I had at Lincoln City so far. The fried cheese curds was really good and I loved the sauce options that came with the order. Each sauce gave it its own flavor. The portion size of of this basket was too much and we couldn’t finish the meal. I didn’t care for the claim chowder. It was not the traditional taste I was craving. It had lots of clams and flavorful just not my personal favorite. The entire meal was affordable. Service was great and the food came out quickly. It gave a family oriented vibe and overall a good place to visit.

Spectacular fish and chips and chowder, highly recommend. I had the cod fish and chips with clam chowder. The fish was delicious and had the perfect amount of batter. They were big pieces that are well worth the price especially with the generous amount of fries with each plate. The chowder was deliciously creamy with nice sized clam pieces. We also got the cheese curds appetizer which was HUGE, easily enough for four people. The service was excellent, the food was superb and the price is just right. It’s a bit of a small unassuming place but don’t let that fool you, it’s the best fish and chips in Lincoln City and I’ve tried them all. You will not be disappointed coming here, it’s heaven for fish and chips/chowder fans.

Yep would recommend! Boozy shakes yuummm. The guy up front was super fun and answered our questions before we even asked. I think my fiance gave him a mini heart attack when he gave my card for payment but the guy handled the situation well and I appreciated him quizing to make sure it wasn’t a stolen card haha. The fish N’ chips were good, good clams and everything that was fried, was fried really well (no dark, soaking, or weird dangly bits). Music was light blues/rock vibe and everything was clean. Great prices, great service, great food 🙂

We had fish and chips with Salmon which was delicious. Served quickly, we enjoyed it. It took a little long for them to greet us. Otherwise the service was good. The building doesn’t look anything, more like aquarium, but they have a full bar and many beers on tap

The fish was thick with great taste and was not overcooked.
I received vinegar and tarter
sauce with the order.
The clam chowder was thick
and tasted really good.
The fries were crispy with
the right of salt and had good
taste.
I did not eat the coleslaw with
the order.
The Pub offers boozy milkshakes, beer, wine, and
cocktails.

Ordered the halibut fish and chips. Delicious. Nice and crispy and not overly greasy. Service was fast and friendly. They have outdoor seating for the warmer weather and indoor dining when it’s cooler. Not overpriced like some of the surrounding areas. They even had Mt. Dew which most places don’t have. If you would prefer an adult beverage they also have a full bar and beer on tap.

The food and service was awesome! I highly recommend the “Halibut Fish and Chips” which has a more dense texture than the “Cod Fish and Chips” which is a more flaky lighter fish, but both are definitely delicious! The fish tacos are a good option too. We weren’t very impressed with the slaw, but other than that it was a great experience.
On a side note: I think that the restaurant is a bit small and it looks like it gets pretty busy, so a system where you order, pay and go to the counter to pickup your food and choose your own seats would probably work best for the type of food served, we’ve been to similar establishments and that system seems to work better, but with that being said the service we received was great and everyone was pleased with their meals. Thank you!
