Ordered 2 spicy thigh meal ($6.99 w/ coupon the store graciously provided on the counter) in person on a Wednesday at 1:43pm. Got my meal at 2:13pm. I was forewarned about the long wait so m’kay…
The thighs were very small (see pic) a lot smaller than my fists, probably got 2 oz meat each so it’s hard to judge it was good/juicy or not. The sweet tea was very good. Coleslaw kinda tasteless.
Floor feels greasy but it’s a fried chicken place so… They had not real C N on TV, ppl still watching that? Luckily my cell has plenty of charge left to keep me entertained during the 30 min wait.
Will give it another try and update review if necessary.

Placed a order for a 3 piece meal and got a 4 piece meal instead. A lot of people would be wondering what’s the catch? Here’s why I got a small breast and 3 wings that looked like they were cut from a couple of baby chickens. They were so small if I were to give them to a starving person off the street they would even look at me funny. Thanks popeyes for the free upgrade but next time don’t be stingy. Did not receive my full order. Called and issued a complaint, you are unable to speak to someone at the store and are forced to leave a message.
I received a call back rather quickly which I will add was decent. However, they were not respectful of my time coming back in and were unable to refund my meal.
When I went in to the store to get my refund, the stores Assistant General Manager did not even speak to me. She grabbed my receipt, refunded a missing item, pointed to the card reader. No spoken word, no apology, no care at all. I will not be visiting a location that doesn’t understand how to take care of their customers.

The cash register lady lied and said she, “didn’t have no register so couldn’t ring me up.” She was over-heard by another worker who said she COULD ring me up. So she begrudgingly took my order and explained that it was almost closing time. She also claimed they had no macaroni and cheese for a side. I didn’t believe her about that, because she lied to me already; but there wasn’t much I could do. At least she let me order SOMETHING… Unbelievable that a worker would pull such a stunt. This was almost 11pm on a Sunday. March 1st.

I am not one to give poor reviews, and I happily give 5 star reviews when I can. I’m weirdly in the top 10% of google restaurant reviewers, not sure how. I include this info to provide basis of how BAD our expeience was. We ordered the 14 piece meal online ahead of time because now that’s the only way you can get boneless chicken. Which is RIDICULOUS. Then when we got there it wasn’t ready, then they served 10 people while we waited 30 minutes for it. It had been sitting there untouched for 20 minutes. So they finally give us the bag and we jumped in the car to drive the hour home in time to get our kiddos from school. We get home, and open the bag THERE IS NO CHICKEN!! You mught say, well you should have checked the bag, but they had alreadu stapled it, which means they had already checked it. Apparently I have to do my jobs and theirs! We finally get ahold of the automated customer service and they only offer a half refund, with veiled threats that if you don’t take the offer they will basically ban you from getting refunds ever again. I love me some Popeyes chicken, but this whole experience will mean I never give them buisness again, and I will use what pull I have to prevent this from happening to others. Bad move Popeye’s.

Third time I have waited 25-30 minute just for my mobile order. Poor customer service. I never do reviews but I’m sick of waiting this long. 2nd time they said they were waiting on fries because fryer was down or something but I never ordered fries. This 3rd time order was already ready when I finally went inside to get it. I would have let it go if it was rush house, there was literally no one on drive through 2nd time and no one in drive through 3rd time after me.

Food always takes a long time to come out, even when ordering ahead. I waited almost 45 minutes for two 5 piece tender combos and when they were finally brought out, it was missing the biscuits and sauce. Probably will not be coming back, which sucks because the food is good 🙁

Service was just disgusting. Staff is too slow and doesnt pay attention to customer. Thats the quantity they put for large fries. Disappointed.

The team members were all working hard and at a fast pace, though things were very busy for them. But it did take a moment for anyone to acknowledge me standing at the Mobile Pick-Up counter (for the order I’d placed online). The fried chicken was Out Of This World delicious and juicy, though!!! And the biscuit was perfection, as well. However, the tables in the dine-in area were in need of wiping at the time of my visit.
