Pizza & wings are your average football/birthday party fare. Wouldn’t suggest anything other than that. Had ordered from this establishment for years. Used to be the best shop in the area, everything has rapidly declined in quality. Past 2 orders were a mess. The wife ordered me a fish sandwich on our 3rd attempt unbeknownst to me and I believe it was frozen and fried. Very unfortunate to see a once staple in Cicero fall to shambles. Many other much better options in the area.

Do not order from here if you expect on-time food. They are NEVER EVER ON TIME!!! NEVER!!! The food is OK, but I’m tired of waiting… especially during playing football games. The cooks forgot to put the chicken wings in the fryer. I’ve deleted Sardo’s from my contacts and will never order from them again. My advice is to NOT pay for your food until after you get it, and leave after the specified time. The cashier was nice enough to advocate for me, and offered me a free drink, salad, or dessert.

Was in town for the week with friends from all over the state. I come from Buffalo. Land of great pizza. We ordered from here bc one of the guys in our group is GF. They offer a GF pizza. It was fantastic Dough was good. Sauce was good. Cook could have been a few mins longer. Overall good tho Mushrooms and banana peppers. Two XL pepperoni one XL sausage. 40 med wings. 20 Boom Boom wings 20 Honey Garlic wings. Wings were great. The pepperoni and sausage pizzas were way better than I thought they were going to be. No flop. Great sauce. Good crust. Dough tasted great. Cup n char roni. Maybe a little longer to get the black rings on the roni but nonetheless good stuff. Thank you soo much. We’ll be back again next year

Used to order a ton. The last few times have been terrible as far as service/times. Given a 45 min delivery time. Food showed up about 2 hours after ordering. Fish diner was just on a paper plate, not in a container. Food was cold. When calling for info, felt dismissed. I love their pizza but I think we are doing giving them chances.

Take out only. Ordered pizza for a total of five people two slices each, a pie plus two slices, right? UNLESS some moron cut’s the pie into ten slices! I called and asked if they always cut their pies into 10 slices, the response “we cut pies into eight slices” I said mine was cut into ten, the next response “oh, we do that sometimes”
AND the two extra slices? They must have been sitting behind the glass since 11:00 am, we ordered our food at 6:00 the two slices were barely edible.

Food is good, service is garbage. Multiple times have had food take over 2 hours for delivery after being told 45 minutes to a hour when ordering. When calling back will guarantee be told driver is already out, but still expect that they are full of it and expect another hour. We’ve had this happen with as much as a $200 order.

Usually order from here often, good food but terrible management! Called and ordered a pizza and 20 wings and was told it would be about 30 min (which is fine). 1 hour and 45 minutes passes by and im still waiting for my food! (Sounds like they didn’t even start making it!) Completely ridiculous! All you can hear is guys complaining in the back as well. Will never be back!

Food was OK. Service was slow. While we waited for our slices to be heated up, my bf decided he wanted a fish fry for later. They didn’t come back to the counter and the few times they did they did not ask if he needed anything else.
He ordered at 2:52 and we got the fish fry at 3:18. It really seems like it shouldn’t have taken so long since they weren’t packed or anything.
Workers were nice enough but I don’t get what the hold up was.

So I had given this place another chance after a couple of years off due to slacking food quality. The last few pizzas have been really good in the wings of always been good. For whatever reason the last time I was in they put my wings in a pizza box. Absolutely no common sense. All of the juice from the wings leaked out of the box and through the pizza and then on to the seat of my brand new Jeep. When I called to let them know what a stupid Choice it was to use a pizza box for wings I was offered that I could bring the pizza back in and they make me another one. No concern about what is likely going to be $100 clean out on a seat that will never be right again in a brand new $52,000 Wrangler. I mean absolutely what the hell

Pizza was *just* done so no crisp to the crust. I personally didn’t care for the cheese pizza, a bit too much like tomato paste than sauce. The garlic was better but not the best. Service was good and pizza was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Decent deals on Wednesday’s. $6.99 large
