Why were we getting charged $38 for a Cheeseburger meal, (fries upgraded from reg to chili cheese) and 2 ranches? Why were we being charged an additional $8 for the upgrade? AND HOW DOES THAT SOMEHOW EQUAL $38? I know prices need to go up but in what world does a burger meal for one almost equal $40??? And we asked for the price to be broken down to understand and they couldn’t even explain the reasoning. What? Ya’ll scamming people? Is the owner aware? Insane.

No it doesn’t make any sense. We don’t have a receipt. My sister did not pay those $38, she told them to CANCEL the order and she only paid for the Chili cheese fries bc $38 for a meal is ridiculous. We went last Friday 12/26 at around 11pm, 30 min before closing. Check the cameras.

Food was good. Love the fries. The only place I go to for my pastrami sandwich. It has become a bit pricey over the years but very much worth it. Thank you . Strawberry milkshakes are amazing as well.

I knew I should’ve opened my food and looked to make sure that I wasn’t giving old food. It was already a black lady inside of the establishment arguing with the cook about messing up her order or giving her steel or old food. I go through the drive-through, the lady took my money, very rude, kept slamming the window when she opened. It gave her my money. She slammed it. She gave me gave me the money back, slammed it again. I pull off And I don’t even think to check my food. I live way in Palmdale. I ordered the food when she gave me the receipt and my food at 7:11 I make it home a little after 7:30. I open the food the food. The food is cold fries full of grease very light chili on there. Looks like they threw a whole bunch of cheese on top not melted. I don’t feel like African-American should support doublez They treat us bad, but we spent a lot of money there. I haven’t ate doubles in years because I know the owner changed. The owner before it was great now there’s this new owner. They don’t hire outside of their race and they give African-Americans poor service.

This place used to be the bomb but it’s gross now. I went today and only got a ham burger but the bread wasn’t even a burger bun it was like some weird and hard to bite down on bread.

Sad, they’ve gone way downhill with an increase of prices and a lowering of quality. Terrible cheeseburgers with stale thick buns. The salad is wilted and sad too. I wont be wasting money here ever again, save your too and go literally anywhere else.

They are rushing too much. I was 1 of 2 customers in at the time and they gave me undercooked fries. I barely ate any because they were just too under done and soggy. Fries need to be crispy!!! Burger was fine. Take your time sometimes let the food cook.

I walked in after work and ordered an Avocado Burger Combo. The drive thru is always busy. But I got my food 5 min after ordering. Lots of tables to sit at. Good size menu. Small, but clean bathrooms. Food was fresh and good. You can actually tip thru the card machine, too. I’ll come back.

We bought a large coffee and wanted to split it. We also bought two breakfast specials, we had coffee earlier and didn’t want to drink too much coffee for the day.We tried to ask for an extra empty cup and they refused to give it. The only way we could get an empty cup was to buy a coffee for 3.49. One girl was going to give it to us but the other one said no, we had to pay for a coffee to get the empty cup. They have free cups for customers. They have just lost a customer today.
