Hit or miss at this location! I went Sunday and Monday morning for the same thing and it was fine. The ladies were lovely. However tonight I went for the same thing at 6:45, and the lady who made my food was rude as hell. And the dipper I ordered was literally not even half of what the other women put in it so it was mostly flatbread and it was not wrapped properly so it came apart when my daughter ate it and it wasn’t wrapped in the outside package like the other times I’ve gotten it at the subway on base or here. If I come back and she’s there she better watch her attitude. And that’s why you don’t get tipped! If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. I will be back in the morning before I go to work to have it remade or my money back, I will be watching them make it from now on.. This is Ridiculous!

had a really disappointing experience here. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. She yelled at us to close the door, even though we didn’t realize it was still open. When I asked politely if I could pick up my order a little earlier, she gave major attitude and told me, “If you don’t like it, cancel and leave.”
I had ordered 18 cookies, and instead of handling it professionally, she rolled her eyes and said, “OMG, really? You took every cookie I had — now I have to make more.” That kind of reaction made me feel really unwelcome as a customer. Also added extra protein and didn’t even get it !! Paid extra
I truly wanted to support this business, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Hopefully management addresses this kind of behavior because no one deserves to be treated like that.

Terrible customer service. Besides haphazardly throwing things into the sandwiches and rolling their eyes, they rushed the customer. If they don’t like their job, that’s not the customer’s fault. They should receive more training on being friendly and respectful.

This is a foot long $13 sandwich? This is all the meat one gets? Seriously? Someone lost their mind. I ordered 2 almost identical, and this is all the meat you put on? Is someone keeping the other meat for themselves or what?

Staff is great! They have your lunch done super quick even during the crazy lunch hour. Convenient right off base and is open late!! Food taste great too!

Foods good, but I’ve never seen someone make a sandwich so slow before. I’ve been putting orders 50 minutes in advance and when I get there it still isn’t ready and it isn’t busy

This is an updated review. The guy working the late shift with black hair and glasses needs to work on his customer service skills. He obviously hates his job. So you’re making online orders, okay, how about a “I’ll be right with you”. Maybe I’m buying some cookies. I stood there for several minutes and walked out.

Update: I went back again and the service was sub-par again. In addition to the lady being rude, I was told I could not pick my veggies if you ordered one of the # items. That is the first time ever that has happened! BLUF: I will not be returning to this subway franchise.
The service during the weekday daylight hours is not the best. My sandwich looked so lacking of the meat and the vegetables I ordered. I use coupons and thank goodness for those because it would not be worth the full price

Person who was on the night shift was upset that I came to place an order while they were on lunch proceeded to curse and was on the phone the whole time. I understand night shift not being fun but this isn’t the way to handle not liking the cards you’re dealt
