We asked for extra crispy every time we go and maybe 1 out of 5 times it is! They have a picture in the menu outside of golden brown French fries that say crispy enough to dip but they are always limp and white. They look good bump very limp!!

Tried again: tea was watered down and asked for hot sauce. Didn’t get any sauce. Tenders were at least better. Ordered a caniac combo with a sweet tea. Got unsweet and 6 miserable tenders

Good quality food, line in the drive through is usually pretty fast. Their menu consists of chicken tenders and fries. Your biggest decision when ordering is how hungry you are, and what you want to drink. Please dont be the person I yell at out my window telling you to hurry up because there are only four options on their menu, and as I previously have stated it comes down to how hungry are you. If it helps, just order their lemonade, its good. Price ranges from about $10 for 3 strips and fries to $16 for the 6 piece.

Canes used to be really good. I am glad their chicken strips grew back to the normal size. They got realllly small for a while. The Roberts Rd. location is always hopping. Staff is friendly, but I have a question…why does your lemonade taste like you used garden hose water?????? You used to have the BEST lemonade. The last few times it has a garden hose flavor to it. BLECH!!!!

The food was good other than the chicken seems to be gritty but i think thats just Canes chicken. I wish they had better chicken i really only go for the Canes sauce anyway. The French fries are never crispy they seem under cooked. It is so cold inside the restaurant it had to be 40 degrees in there. Ended up eating in my car so I could warm up.

Canes was closing at 1am.
I had just finished a heavy night workout at the gym and I didnt have any real food at home.
I called in 15 minutes before close and Zach and his manager made sure to stay open for me to pickup my order.
I felt like a jerk doing this to them, but I arrived right at 1am at the pickup window and they kindly completed the transaction.
A lot more than transactional to stay open until the last minute for a random, hungry customer. Im very thankful for this team’s service.
