I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the appalling treatment I received at your location. The incident that occurred was not only deeply disappointing but also completely unacceptable for a brand of your reputation.

I demand that you address the blatant negligence and the unprofessional conduct displayed by your staff. When I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, I was told it had already been handed to someone else. This is a clear failure on the part of your team to verify who is picking up orders, which directly resulted in the order being stolen.

What is absolutely outrageous is that when I informed the on-duty manager of this issue, I was met with hostility and threats. I was essentially told that your staff has no responsibility to ensure that a delivery driver is who they claim to be. This is an unacceptable abdication of basic responsibility and goes against any reasonable standard of customer service.

Let me be clear: I am deeply angry and disappointed in how this was handled. I expect immediate action to be taken, including a thorough review of your verification processes and appropriate retraining of your staff. I also expect a direct response outlining how you intend to prevent this from happening again.

I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and resolve this matter promptly.

This location has the most rude afternoon staff I have ever dealt with. Went up to the counter and said, “I’m missing my drink” and she said, “didn’t I just clock in?” like that had anything to do with me or what I was saying. I ordered on the kiosk, hard to misorder yet they gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets and my fries were freezing cold. It was way too busy for the fries to be as cold as they were. I will not be eating at this location again.

My Godson and I decided to stop by this location to eat. The customer service was horrible the African American female who was a manager dark skin wearing a burgundy manager shirt was rude. She didn’t speak the person that took my order was rude. My French fries were still raw packed with grease it caused my box to rip like they pulled the fries up entirely too early. My fries weren’t filled up all the way when asked to fill them up and replace them more the manager had an attitude. It was just a horrible experience. First and last time going to this location. This is definitely not the McDonald’s Gold Arch quality. I’m so disappointed.

It’s McDonald’s, so the food is exactly what you expect—no surprises there. No cockroaches to report, which feels like a low bar but credit where it’s due.
The service, however, moves at the speed of a DMV on lunch break. Ordering ahead doesn’t help much; you’ll still wait while a large group of employees’ “friends” hang out like it’s a social club.
Orders are usually wrong in at least one small but annoying way, which really completes the experience. If you’re not in a rush and enjoy a little mystery with your meal, this might be the place for you.

It was a long rainy day. Me and my family just wanted to have a nice dinner together. This is was the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to in my whole 67 years of life. I just wanted to use the bathroom but I got completely flabbergasted as I opened the restroom door. This is probably the most disgusting public bathroom I’ve ever seen. There was a strange ball of wet toilet paper in the baby changing station. There was also toilet all over the bathrooms floor. It was repulsive. I should’ve left right after I saw that. If the ladies restroom looked like that just imagine the man’s bathroom. When we ordered there was only 2 machines working and there was no table trackers. We were waiting so long for our food even though the establishment was almost empty. When we got our food we were missing a bunch of stuff. You could tell that that kitchen was so disorganized. I find it completely unacceptable that they hire such incapable people to do such a simple job right. While writing this review I’m starting to feel kinda strange. That food was probably not even cooked right. And don’t even get me started on the higiene of that place.

Worst experience of my life their system was supposedly down but it still let me order the food. They asked me to cancel my order and there was nothing they could do but the order had done through. Money hungry and no customer service at all. Even called the police on me for me asking for my food. If I could rate this a zero I would.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no bun due to allergies. What I got was a cheeseburger prepared with a bun then everything scraped off into a box which I can’t eat now due to allergies. When I called this location to explain what happened I was told to return for a replacement then abruptly hung up on. I will not be returning. Ever. They do not care. That is entirely unacceptable. You don’t get to ignore food allergies at your discretion.

I had a very bad experience with the manager on duty today at 4:20 pm. When I told him I hadn’t received my order, he didn’t say a single word to me. He just stared at me for a while and then rolled his eyes, which was extremely rude and unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and communication. I don’t understand how someone with that kind of attitude is in a manager position. This really needs to be addressed because no customer should be treated like that.
