Update: Went again for my Ma’s bday. Food still amazing. Server was sooo nice. I took a pic this time lol.

Went to Arigato’s for the first time last week to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. The food was amazing. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff was nice. There was not one complaint from my family and that says a lot. I was so eager to eat that I totally forgot to take a picture lol. I definitely look forward to going back.

I loved it. My family took me there for my birthday and I had fun. Did not take very long to get a table everything was nice. Had a nice show while he cooked. They even sung to me aswell. Well be back.

Yummy and fun, as usual. So neat to watch. Very loud, however. Hard to hear each other, but that is the nature of the seating arrangement and table layout.
We had reservations and no wait.

The food was ok,no soul in it,heavy fish taste to most, like fish juice not fish sauce, place looks the same with repairs needed for years, from super to like they just don’t care,a shame.
Good luck and hope they get a little better.

This place has gone down hill. The atmosphere is awful and the service is even worse. If I could give them zero stars I would. This place used to be the go to hibachi restaurant but they aren’t worth the prices. The server acted like she hated her job. She wanted us to stack out empty bowls and glasses so she could go to one spot to clean things up meaning we would have had to pass our dirty plates and such across each other. We had soup about 15 minutes before we ever had our drinks. We asked about to go sauces and were told it’s an additional $1.75 but I see another review from 3 months ago says they were told $1.50. The chef was ok, no tricks or fun at the table. Rice had corn and rice. No egg or flavor. Salads were swimming in dressing that tasted horrible. The place looked like it needed to be cleaned. Paper menus which is pretty bad again for their prices. Oh and don’t ask for chopsticks, they ran out and only had two for us. We had three birthdays we were celebrating and they came out clapping with a drum and stayed for about 1.5 minutes and walked off. No song or happy birthday at all. It’s time for new management or to go ahead and shut down and call it a loss. The place is just no good anymore. Worst waste of $300 ever!! We will never be back and will spread the word.

The server was very unpleasant. If you don’t want to work quit. She had 1 table. She told us $1.50 for extra white sauce to take home. They no longer give out to go cups even if you have a full glass of tea. If they wouldn’t of added a the tip into the price she wouldn’t of gotten a tip from me. The cook was great. This restaurant use to be a great place to eat at but when you have to ask the waitress at the next table for help it’s a problem.

Our server was absolutely fantastic—attentive, kind, and on top of everything throughout the entire meal. Unfortunately, what should have been a great experience ended on a very sour note.

After spending over $100 on our meal, we were asked to leave almost immediately after paying. One person in our party went to the restroom while the rest of us waited at the table for approximately four minutes. During that time, our server came back and told us the manager wanted us to “take it into the lobby because they needed the table.”

To be clear: we were not lingering, lingering loudly, or lingering excessively. It had literally only been a few minutes since we paid. Being rushed out like that—especially after an expensive meal—felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

I’ve never had an experience where a restaurant asked us to vacate a table that quickly, particularly when someone in our party was still using the restroom. It completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a pleasant meal and reflects poorly on management, not the server.

Great food and a wonderful server, but the way this was handled left a bad taste and made us feel unwelcome at the end of our visit

Very on theme atmosphere with reasonable pricing. If you’re expecting lots of showmanship and hibachi “tricks” this may not be the place for you though. I’ve been to numerous versions of this restaurant and this was by far the least flashy/entertaining chef I’ve ever had. He was friendly and the food was fine, but it was very much about getting the meal made. To be far though, the other 4 people at our table were regulars and watching their phones the majority of the time. They also have a full bar menu despite no drinks other than the specials being listed on the menu. If you want a drink your best bet would probably be to get it at the bar before you’re seated. The server didn’t seem too confident in her drink menu knowledge.

I’d go back, but mainly because of the price and proximity to the Comedy Zone, not because the food and show are amazing.
