Alex on the night shift is amazing employee. He is very professional, always in a good mood and never messes up my order. Me and my family come here a few times a week and he already know our order. I will keep coming back to this location just because of Alex he is awesome.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-through, a male employee answered the intercom and immediately sounded irritated and upset that we were there. He asked what we wanted in a very rude tone. I let him know I needed a moment to look over the menu, but there was no response.

When I was ready to order, I felt rushed and pressured, repeatedly being interrupted with “what else?” before I could finish my order or explain substitutions. The overall interaction made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer.

The restaurant was not busy at the time (around 8:30 PM on 02/07/2026), which made the experience even more surprising. We ultimately decided to leave due to the unwelcoming and unprofessional service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

My food was so delicious! Adam made sure my lettuce wrapped burger was made fresh. This place will continue to have my service because of that gentleman and his team.

I haven’t visit this location in a while. $13 for a combo which seems extremely expensive based on what I got. The hamburger was completely smashed. I was in the Drive-Thru and didn’t find out until I parked. Unfortunately I need to eat before getting back to work so accept the burger as is but will never be back to this location.

My son and I go regularly in the mornings and order spicy chicken and chicken stars. The cashier who serves us always has a smile and is very friendly. We definitely want to come back; the service is very fast.

I was not given my receipt like I had asked. I ordered 4 kids meals and 1 regular meal. The guy who took my order didn’t know the answers to the questions I had asked. One of them was if the jalapeño poppers are cheddar or cream cheese. He was completely unsure. All he said was they already come frozen…. I was the only one in the drive thru. I was asked to pull off to the side. I waited 3 minutes then my food came out. All of it was thrown into one big bag. I was not happy about this. Kids meals need to have their own individual bag. All of the fries got dumped out and it just became a bigger problem than it needed to be.

I ordered a Big Cheeseburger with a side of onion rings and a chocolate shake, and it cost me $15.06. Even if the food was excellent—which it wasn’t—that is an extremely steep price for a fast food restaurant meal. The burger was obviously cooked a while ago and was lukewarm on a squished bun, the onion rings were overcooked, and the chocolate shake was liquid—there was no density to it at all. I will not be eating there again, ever.

Another Emergency burger biz. I only get the Western bacon cheeseburger, I don’t enjoy placing an order, the person taking my order makes it clear they settled for working at Carl’s, the Card payment only thing sucks but I understand why it’s in place. Order it, receive it and hope it makes a successful trip to the porcelain bowl 10 hours later.

My sister and I have always liked Carl’s Jr hamburgers and fries. This was our first visit to this location. The food, burger and fries, were not good. Taste was bad, burgers were soggy. Neither of us finished our food. Will not buy from this location again.

I’ve been to this store numerous times before and during the pandemic. This is the first time with dine-in.

I am so happy that they have opt’d-in to dine-in (finally). I enjoy relaxing and taking my time to eat my meal.

I’ve seen some negative reviews from this store, so I can only express “my” experiences.

Today I ordered the Steakhouse Angus Thickburger w/ Onion Rings, a couple of cookies and unsweetened tea.

The burger was fresh and hot, so were the onion rings; they were great. The service was fine and the store was clean.

I have had no issues with this store to date. I even called ahead and asked if they had dine-in. Once the lady in the phone said, “yes” I rushed over. lol

I spend a lot of time in restaurants; not so much fast food places. I enjoy fast food restaurants on occasion. This Carl’s Jr. is part of those few occasions.
