The food is as expected for McDonald’s. No problems with the food. I went in there to have breakfast and work on my laptop for a little bit. I was disappointed to find out that all the electrical outlets in the dining area have covers so they are unaccessible so I was not able to plug my laptop in to charge. Though it was quiet so I was able to work, but because of that I will consider other locations in the future prior to this one. The facilities were clean and looks nice inside. I saw one of the workers cleaning even though the place already seemed clean. It was slightly odd that the kiosk said my food would be delivered to my table but it wasn’t. Not a big deal, but inconsistent. The staff was respectful and said sir your order is ready. They have a play place at this location. It was warm in there (during the winter), but like the rest of the dining area there is no accessible electrical outlet.

The food was just okay!! Honestly since I’ve been going there for a while now I know that it depends on who’s working depending on how good the food is gonna be!! Like if it is cooked with Love❣️ or Not…. if the food is just thrown together, you can definitely tell!! McDonald’s breakfast is the best!!!! A bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle, A Hash Brown, & A Large Sweet Tea!!!! My FAV!!

Ordered from door dash, they did not deliver one item which was over half the order and only partially refunded it. They kept the service fee & tip. The food delivered was good

So I spoke with a female manager on the phone after I got my order home. She said she could not hear me so went back to the store where another male manager helped me and was polite about the issues with my order. I appreciated that because things happen, no big deal. The female manager just stood there and glared at me which is ridiculous. She asked if I was the one on the phone so she was well aware of who I was. I even said hello to her, just a long glare back. Very unprofessional because as I mentioned, things happen, but this McDonald’s has never been one to brag about anyways. Got my food and left after it was corrected but see photos. Gross! Honestly afraid to eat any of this at this point.

This McDonald’s sucks!!!! They gotta do better!! I dont know how many time I have ordered something and they say ok but when I get to the window they’re out of it!!! Rude employees in drive thru, cold old food and a very dirty lobby. I wouldn’t even be back to this store. Being inside for the first time it’s nasty. Someone needs to clean it. Im sure if lobby is dirty the restrooms are as well.

Customer service here is amazing they always do a great job!! Mornings are my favorite the team in the morning was really kill it! They are of a volume store definitely from McDonald’s but they do a great job Cassandra!

Whoever was working register was rude, obviously understaffed. I took a number and took a seat waited for my food for over 30 min just to be told I had to get up and get my food even if I was eating in. My number wasn’t even called so not sure how I was gonna do that. Another customer signaled me towards the counter and told me that might be my order. Confused because it was in a bag, I went to see if it was my food. When I was doing that, the lady working cash register told me she nor nobody was bringing me anything even though I grabbed a number. Overall bad experience. cold food.

I’d recommend to not order here, you could wait around 20-30 minutes for any meal cause of their staff and it just gets so busy everyday
