I did a curbside pick up for chicken Alfredo pasta , mash potatoes , a kids Pasta and mozzarella sticks. The pasta is dry with no sauce on it so i called the store and spoke to the manger i was very nice about it she told me ok ? As if she didn’t care then just held the phone and said bring it back we will fix it but i ain’t see nothing wrong with that food i have a picture to prove it. Also a video as much as my daughter and i loved Applebees we will NEVER return! And it was paid by a gift card because others know how much we loved going there. Never again!

They dont even deserve 1 star! Party of 4 for my daughters birthday, waited 30 minutes while seeing plenty of tables open. The black ppl were sat before us by the black hostess! Then, another couple that were 2 young girls came in and were immediately seated! I questioned the hostess, he got an attitude with me. When my husband who was standing against the wall told him to cut his attitude out, the guy corners my husband, bucks up at him and says “u got a problem bruh” I immediately asked for the manager. I relay to her what just happened and told her shes lucky my husband didnt yank him outside! she acts like it was no big deal and her only response was “oh, thats my boyfriend and be careful, hes underage clearly this woman was in her 40s!!! Whether hes a minor or not, he needs to learn respect! This location just lost customers that have been coming here for over 20 years!! This has been sent to corporate and Fox Carolina also! Completely ruined my daughter’s birthday lunch bc obviously we walked out before being seated after the manager clearly wasnt a help at all!!

This Applebee’s was absolutely disgusting. The booth we were seated in was filthy, covered in dried, caked-on food. I had to clean it myself just to sit down, which is beyond unacceptable.
Service was just as bad. We waited 15 minutes for drinks, and only got silverware after we pointed it out. At no point did anyone seem to care that we were sitting there ignored.
The level of neglect and lack of cleanliness is shocking. If this is how they treat guests in plain sight, I can’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like. This location is dirty, disorganized, and clearly run by people who have no pride in their work. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Good food and reasonably priced compared to similar places. Waitress was attentive to our needs. Clean dining area. Beware the tablets on the table that have questions. I answered one question thinking it was for fun and afterwards, I was charged 2.99, even though I never signed up for any games. When we paid our bill using the tablet, I was charged 2.99 for a game.

Server was great! Very happy she was kid friendly, she made an excellent impression with our granddaughter! We had Cheese sticks, appetizer sampler(we changed the spinach artichoke dip to queso),and lava cake dessert. Restaurant could have been tidier, and it was obvious they were short staffed….we did arrive after lunch and before dinner.

this restaurant was terrible and did not meet any of my expectations. The food was overpriced our Waiter had lack of experience also our waiter did not come to our table and ask us How was the food or if we needed a refill like most restaurants do our food took a hour and plus to get to our table we Also, were waiting to get seated at the restaurant for about 20 minutes The food wasn’t horrible, but it could’ve been better.

DO NOT ORDER THE OMG burger at this location … I ordereda a to go order for 3 advertised omg burgers burgers with Lettuce and tomato / no lettuce or tomato and the cheese was in a to go dressing capsule with the queso cheese and a small amount of American cheese cheese in the usual to go go dressing cups …. if they had delivered this to my table I would have gotten up and left the restaurant.. the manager said they only come with one ladle of queso and one piece of American cheese … there was not enough cheese with all 3 orders to hardly cover half of one burger …. No way is this an OMG burger … very disappointed !!!!! Would not let me post a picture !!!!!!!

We came to Applebees for lunch after Church. The restaurant had plenty of tables available. The host was clearing tables and not seating individuals. We were a party of two. After waiting 15 + minutes when it was our time he told us we were going to have to wait with no explanation. This gentleman was not friendly and did not represent Applebees well at all. This is the worst Applebees I have ever seen. We will not be back.
