This place was packed when we visited, but still cleaner than most fast food places. Food was made fresh and delivered to our table. They did forget to put our fries on the tray, but I chalk it up to being swamped. Still knocking off a star, my ticket said FRY in bold block letters, hard to miss. The in-store menu is hard to read, recommend checking online menu before visiting. You can also order directly from your table by scanning the QR at your table. I should have done this if I had known.

The chicken sandwich was very good. Nice and crispy. My only issue was I asked for no mayo and it had it on it. I was able to take a knife and scrape it off fairly easily. The burgers and fries were also good according to my kids.

Food was good, but there are ants on the tables in the dining room. Sat in a booth on one side, saw multiple ants. Went to the other side of the restaurant and saw more on the table and wall.
Mentioned to the manager on duty on Monday 11/3 evening shift, and she didn’t seem to care. Said I’ll send someone over and blew it off. Did not direct someone to clean them off, did not apologize or seem phased that there were bugs crawling in the dining room… won’t be back to this location.

Came in on a freezing night and enjoyed warm hospitality and hot food! The waitress was amazing, kind and patient as we took some time to decide on our order. Fish dinner was the choice. Sides, coleslaw, fries, cheese curds. All delicious.
As we were eating, a server came over with a coffee cart..complimentary coffee! Who knew. Culver’s, not just for butterburgers and ice cream!

Any Culver’s is outstanding. The young man who took our order was very nice and knowledgeable about the food items. The staff came around and picked up our dirty trays when we were done eating.

Ordered one fries for my kiddo and had 20 min to drop her off then go to work. Asked on window to get it asap to light snow sonwe can be on time hone then gontonwork.
With just one car ahead of me and one after, with restoran completely empty I had to wait 20+ minute for one fries! When I knocked on the back door, I saw two waitress coming out with all orders in their hands for all three cars!
They have me waiting 20+ minutes until all orders are ready to nor walk outside 10 steps and hand over my order! I had to call work to be late bcs I couldn’t leave my kiddo without snack she asked for and has been waiting 20+ minutes.
Managers should put these kids in order and have them realize that there is a reason why people are using drive thru.

Asked for cheese sauce. Got charged for cheese sauce got home. Ended up being ice cold tartar sauce so that was nice. Soggy cheese curds. Not impressed
